It has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, a modern, updated kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to gather around and relax after a day out in the Florida sun. On-site, you'll enjoy two swimming pools -- including one with an ocean view -- tennis and shuffleboard courts, grassy lawns for picnicking and playing Frisbee, and a private boardwalk leading down to the white sand beach. Super clean condo just steps away from the ocean. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Literally a straight shot. Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for couples and a small family

The condo was great, we loved our stay. The only problem we had was no water pressure in the kitchen sink and the downstairs bathroom had no water pressure as well.

A Little Gem

We have been staying in Crescent Beach for years, since St Augustine has become so crowded. The condo looks just like the photos on VRBO. The owners have a great sense of design, and the view of the ocean is fantastic. Very enjoyable stay

A month in paradise

The pictures are accurate but they don’t quite convey how close you are to the sounds of the ocean and it’s changing moods. The views from the living room/balcony and upstairs bedroom are stunning! The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable bed and sofas and our stay here was truly wonderful!

A vacation to remember!

The property is as beautiful as it was listed. The view is breathtaking. It’s clean and parking is so close by. Kitchen is well equipped however we didn’t get a chance to cook. All of the restaurants are great with the exception of Back 40 A1A. We would stay here again the next time we come to St. Augustine.

Peaceful getaway

This property is directly on the beach. Unit has been updated. No elevator to entrance, so you need to be able to carry your bags. Pool area is large and directly on beach. Walking on the beach is amazing. Flat soft sand for miles. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time.

The unit was wonderful. We had three small issues:. TV in upstairs bunk bed room had no signal, shower on lower floor not much pressure and remote for opening downstairs drapes did not always work. Everyone really enjoyed our stay. We are thinking of coming back again next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! Sandy Davis

Right on the beach

As advertised, this unit looks out right over the beach. Great view and easy access. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool was not crowded either. Cleaning crew could have done a little better job vacuuming and dusting but hey it’s the beach. Upstairs bath has a slow drain. Otherwise, our kids experienced the beach for the first time in a great location with really nice facilities.

Wonderful fall break beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! The view was perfect for the sunrise and seeing dolphins on their morning swim. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Nice touch with the bunks for the kids. Kitchen fully updated and well stocked. The decor is very nice. Down the stairs and around the building to the pool and beach...no need for a cart to lug stuff down. Felt comfortable letting the kids run between the beach, pool and condo. Great restaurants nearby and close enough to St. Augustine for a day on St. George Street. Common laundry area was very clean. Pool area very nice and there is a nice patio with grills and tables for dinner with a view. We loved it!

Beach stay

Great condo. On the smaller size, but had enough beds for 6 people. The location is perfect as it’s right on the beach, but far enough from public access so it’s not super crowded. The pools were big and we always had a table and chairs. Parking was close to building, however, only two vehicles were allowed which didn’t work for our group , so unfortunately we had to park two other vehicles at devils elbow for an extra 80. The views from the condo were excellent. Balcony was decent size. You do have to keep the blinds and curtains closed once the sun goes down for the sea turtles during nesting season, so don’t forget that!
