Vous entrez au premier étage et vous n'aurez pas à vous soucier de monter les escaliers dans notre appartement en bord de mer avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Cela rend votre séjour plus pratique sans avoir à transporter de l'équipement de plage dans les escaliers. Il est meublé d'un lit king dans la suite principale, de deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a deux téléviseurs, un lecteur DVD et un magnétoscope. Carrelage dans la cuisine et les salles de bain. Moquette dans les espaces de vie. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle. L'unité a une laveuse / sécheuse et son propre accès Internet pour enregistrer votre téléphone sur les données.

The beds and one sofa were uncomfortable ... the beds were hard and squeaky and the sofa slanted to the front ... but other furnishings were comfortable and location was great.

Christmas on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Summerhouse has been our family’s go to place for a week in July since 1983. A small group of us decided to try a Christmas getaway and enjoyed every bit of our ocean front unit. The kitchen was bright and cheerful clean and tidy and more than adequately stocked. The main bedroom was cozy with a great ocean view! Seating in the living room was comfortable and out group had plenty of dining places at the table. Thumbs up!

Wonderful time!

We just finished up our stay at this beautiful and cozy condo! Will be going back next year as well! My family owned a unit for over 20 years at summerhouse and to go back and stay in another unit that was just as great as our old one, was perfect! The condo was so clean, had everything we needed, and was steps away from the pool and beach! Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we appreciated the many apps available in the tv for movies for adults and shows on coney and Netflix for my 4 year old. Only issue was the tv in the master may not be working? We couldn’t figure it out. The view is amazing and we kept saying over and over how we wanted to go ahead and book out for next year! Thank you for a great stay! The stringer/Williams party!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been enjoying a week at Summerhouse every summer for over 50 years. We started in a 3 bedroom flat. Now we have a flat and two town house units, all ocean front. (We did miss last year because of beach closure.). I live in Gainesville; my children now live with their families in New York, Colorado and Alaska. We all return to Summerhouse and Crescent Beach because it offers an ideal "week at the beach". It has always been great.

Would Not Rent Again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: INFESTED WITH ROACHES, only 2 burners on filthy stove worked, extremely small and difficult to work tv in living room, all bedding encased in some type of heavy plastic material- very uncomfortable to sleep on- like sleeping on a bag of chips, dryer disconnected from discharge vent thereby blowing hot air and lint back into unit. Virtually no upgrades in unit compared to others units. On the positive side- Great View and A/C worked extremely well. Love Summerhouse but would not rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location, with beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. On the whole, the unit (358) is dated. The beds had plastic mattress pads that were not only loud and crunchy to sleep on but also excessively hot. Two of the stove burners were unusable and the oven ran quite hot. One of the biggest disappointments related to the TV. The property description stated smart TV with a good cable package and streaming capability. This was not the case. The cable package was below basic and the streaming device didn’t work because no suitable remote control was provided. Consequently, the guys missed Thanksgiving football games. The management company did what it could to help with some of the issues, including the unit not being clean when we arrived. All of the issues we encountered stemmed from the owner’s lack of communication. I would recommend Summerhouse but not unit 358.

Unit 358 is an amazing ocean front unit; however, the kitchen appliances need to be replaced--the dishwasher does not get dishes clean. We resorted to hand-washing for our stay. The bed in the master needs help--the mattress is fine but the foundation is rickety. The sheets were worn out a long time ago. Site maintenance was quick to respond for the couple small issues we had. The unit was nice, just needs a little TLC.

September 2020 beach vacation
