Premium Tulemar 2 chambres Ocean View Villa en plein cƓur de Tulemar Resort. La villa 2 chambres premium la plus proche de l'ocĂ©an avec l'un des balcons les plus privĂ©s et la meilleure vue. Le balcon est un couloir de singe MAJEUR, voyant gĂ©nĂ©ralement 3 grandes troupes par jour de singes capucins ou titi. Le balcon a une Ă©norme table en bois dur exotique fabriquĂ©e Ă  partir d'une bĂ»che sauvĂ©e de la riviĂšre Paquita, des chaises en bois dur sculptĂ©es localement, un canapĂ© suspendu et un jacuzzi.

Amazing property

We had an amazing vacation! The villa was beautiful, the views were unbelievable. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, all adults. It is immersed in wildlife with views of the beach. The swing on the porch was a favorite for our family. Having the concierge was a huge bonus along with the amazing cleaning staff who did a wonderful job. The customer service on the property was outstanding. Now I can see why so many people return to Tulemar time and time again! We would love to!

Perfect

We were a family of 4 staying in salty breeze over spring break and it was magical. We saw SO many monkeys just from the balcony and lots of other wildlife, including sloths, just walking around the beautiful resort. The unit itself was very well appointed and had more space than we needed. Fabion, the concierge, was absolutely wonderful and handled every little thing for us from shuttles, to excursions to dining reservations and even pizza delivery one night! The beach, pools and resort grounds all exceeded our expectations as well. Overall I highly recommend both Tulemar and Salty Breeze!

Nice but pricey

The positives: Tulemar resort is gorgeous and worth every penny. Our concierge was very responsive and accommodating. The Salty Breeze has very nice views and is well located. We loved the 4 beds, the washing machine, the a/c, the hot tub (awesome!) , the porch
 but for the price, I guess we expected more. There were some negatives: dead bugs on the tile and three separate hair dust bunnies on the stairs and in the bathroom. The kitchen was not as stocked as we’d expected. The video game machine didn’t work. When you spend that much money, you expect more little niceties like lots of plush towels (not one per person), nice toiletries, maybe some handsoap or dish soap in the kitchen, or a pair of binoculars to use. There weren’t any extra touches that we’ve seen in other VRBO’s at this price point. Don’t get me wrong - it was nice and we enjoyed our time there. But my feedback for the property is that for the price we paid, we just expected a little more. Location alone does not warrant exorbitant prices.

Beautiful beach with boogie boards and kayaks. Gorgeous view from the house. Loved the indoor/outdoor showers. AC works great. Monkeys come around 430 to visit. Full size washer and dryer. Right next to the family pool. Great place to stay!

Perfection in Paradise

If you’ve found this magical property, don’t think, book now! From beginning to end of your stay, you are surrounded by the beauty of Manuel Antonio. Upon arrival we were greeted by our wonderful concierge, Fabian, who pointed out a sloth sleeping in a tree right by the front entrance of the villa! My dreams had already come true! The door to the villa was opened and you can see straight through to the azure sea and varying shades of green leaves. Every night we were entertained by capuchin, squirrel and howler monkeys. The mango tree beside the villa is frequented by many visitors! You never want to leave the patio because there is constantly something new flying or swinging by! If you want to experience the trip of a lifetime, book Salty Breeze. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Amazing

We loved the villa and the location. We did not want to leave we had animals including monkeys and sloths around us. A couple nights we ordered dinner in because we loved staying in the villa and relaxing in the jacuzzi at night. Everything was perfect.

Paradise in Manuel Antonio!

Everything was perfect! Salty Breeze is a gorgeous 2 bed, 2.5 bath villa with tons of space, well stocked kitchen, amazing open air showers. Fabian, the concierge was there to help with any requests. Tulemar is magical. Highly recommend Salty Breeze, very easy to book and stay there!

Best/Safest area in Quepos area.

Great Unit, great location within Tulemar Resort. 5 star The only con to Salty Breeze were the beds. There is a 1' board that sticks out from the bed that is Very uncomfortable to get in & out of the bed & the mattresses sloped to the outside. No place to put luggage, except the floor. Needs dresser &/or 2+ luggage racks. Fabian, concierge, was the best, Always responsive and knowledgeable.

Wonderful location, relaxing and beautiful.

This is a wonderful property in a spectacular location inside Tulemar. Communication between John was fast and helpful. We enjoyed our time here, and saw many animals including a sloth on our front porch and monkeys that visited each day. The beach is beautiful and private, and the kids loved the waves for playing and surfing. Everything is ready for you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Thank you, John for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made many memories.

Outstanding

Wow. Huge well appointed villa. You feel like you are living in your own tree house in the jungle. Our concierge helped set up reservations for dinner and some excursions before we even left home. The jacuzzi on the balcony is amazing. We would finish our day with a beverage and a smile sitting in the tub while listening to all of the bird and frog sounds. The Tulemar grounds were well maintained and cared for but kept the feel of a natural setting instead of a traditional planned and planted resort. We saw howler and spider monkeys daily as well as sloths and many of the other animals that were on our list for the trip. The location of Salty Breeze is ideal. It is at the end of a path so people aren't walking by at all. The family pool is close to the villa which is get for convenience but far away enough that it was not intrusive. The beach is better than we expected. It had soft darkish sand with minimal rocks and a very natural feel. The jungle comes right up to the water. There was great food and drink service right at the beach. We would go out of our way to stay here again. Our only real criticism is that the couch in the living room is actually made from a mattress. This does add significant sleeping space for large groups but it is not particularly comfortable for sitting.

Amazing!

Place was beautiful and fit/slept our family of five very comfortably! We saw monkeys daily from the porch; they come ON the porch so had happy hour monkey shows-us viewing safely from the inside! Villa is well appointed with everything you need. Tulemar resort is gorgeous, and we loved the private beach! We were in MA to see animals, and by staying at Salty Breeze we got just that! It was perfect!

Perfect couple getaway

The whole property at Tulemar is an amazing resort with amazing nature, beaches and wildlife all around and the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. Salty Breeze is a gorgeous unit, the huge double shower and swing couch on the deck being the highlights. Dani our concierge was excellent, so helpful and friendly she made our stay perfect. A special thanks to Evelyn who cleaned the house everyday and made every room beautiful ( every towel and napkin was folded into a wonderful creation every day). Gem within Tulemar

We enjoyed all Tulemar had to offer and the proximity to Manuel Antonio park though we saw just as much wildlife at Tulemar! We especially loved watching monkeys jump from tree to tree. Villa is updated and everything supplied for you - one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Daily housekeeping was great and having a concierge to help with anything was an added bonus. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area as well as a couple of excursions. This villa is a gem within Tulemar!

Great Family Stay

The villa was gorgeous - even better than the pictures. We had 3 different species of monkeys visit us on our balcony during our stay - the white faced monkeys made themselves at home on the balcony and even took a dip in the hot tub. We also saw 2 sloth in the trees right outside our balcony. Communication with the owner was prompt! Our concierge Dani helped us book all of our tours and made us dinner reservations, including order us a cab to the restaurant when needed. She also got us groceries during f out stay. Make sure to bring enough cash to cover groceries - otherwise paying for them is a bit complicated. The resort is gorgeous - the villa is right by the family pool so easy access. It is very private despite the close proximity. We are at both restaurants and they were great. Loved our stay!!!

Loved Salty Breeze!

Salty Breeze is a great villa in a great location. The views from the deck are gorgeous and we loved the multiple daily visits from the monkeys. The space was great for our group and the game console and washer/dryer were huge bonuses. Located right next to the family pool and close to the cafe pool as well, the location within Tulemar is great.

Incredible family vacation at Tulemar

This week was all I’d hoped for and more! The property, Salty Breeze is exactly as described but better! It’s clean, spacious and the views are gorgeous. Monkeys visiting our deck daily was only the beginning of the wildlife on property. We saw sloths, huge iguanas, 3 kinds of monkeys and macaws. It was dreamy! Thanks so much to Dania for all of her help in booking excursions, taxis, dinner reservations and grabbing us some groceries. She was the best! Everyone on property was so fun and kind-Costa Rica you have my heart.

Amazing Place

Loved Salty Breeze. Great location and the folks at Tulemar are fantastic. Monkeys stopped by twice a day, the White Face monkeys love getting in the hot tube. Shout out to Dani for all of her help.

Amazing family vacation

We spent 5 days at the Salty Breeze property - first-class experience from booking through preparing for the trip / booking excursions at preferred times (thank you Andres for everything!) through arrival and stay. Property itself is spacious with multiple bedrooms and room for large family. All of the reviews are true - we saw monkey troops coming through multiple times per day, saw beautiful birds and sloths, etc. (all from our deck or walking to the pool(s)). Great stay and hope to come back sometime!

Exceeded expectations

We loved our stay at Tulemar. The house/view and surrounding nature were beautiful. My husband and I brought our two teen daughters and a friend. More then enough room and the house was well appointed. We had chef Christopher one night, who made a gourmet meal with plenty of leftovers plus groceries. Dani and Andres made great recommendations for activities and local restaurants. Our favorite was the beach trip and waterfall jumping with Danny at TicoTrekking. It was much more intimate than typical group adventure Tours. I can’t wait to return!

We are located right in the middle of the rainforest neighborhood Tulemar. There is a shuttle that can take you to the beach, there are restaurants nearby, HUGE OCEAN VIEWS from the house or just walking around the neighborhood. There is a semi private, neighborhood only beach at the bottom of the hill. Tons of wildlife, usually over 100 monkeys cross the balcony per day. Macaws, sloths and toucans are seen by every guest, usually from inside the house. There is no place on earth like this, it really is paradise.
