Charming 2 Bed, 2 Bath Charlevoix Condo

Relax and enjoy all that Charlevoix and Northern Michigan have to offer in this freshly updated condo 1.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix with accommodations for up to 4. This upper level 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo has a full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer with a balcony that overlooks a quiet creek and woodlands. Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Just minutes away, Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot, with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home!
Please Note: This is a second floor unit. There is one flight of stairs with an open staircase. Also, the host fee in price details is the cleaning service fee.

Perfect place to stay

We were very lucky this condo was available on short notice. The owners have it well stocked, very clean, comfortable and communication all 5 stars!! I absolutely loved the location, close to downtown, beach, the Belvedere golf course (our main reason we went). I loved walking into town going through the Belvedere neighborhood very peaceful. We went Jax and the landing for dinners. Both recommended by Don and was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent communication from landlord. The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed. This location was easy to get to, and the stay suited my wife and I very well. I would not hesitate to return to this property, and I would recommend it.

Fall Get a Way

Don & Jacqui were great hosts. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. They gave us some ideas on places to go and to see. We did not have one issue. We had a fabulous 4 day trip up in the Charlevoix area. Can’t wait to do it again.

Great stay, but not for the elders

This was our first stay going through VRBO. We had great communication with the owners who were very friendly. My only complaints would be the stairs going up, not for the elderly or someone that has a problem climbing. And it could use some better mattresses. The place is immaculate and very comfortable.
