Condo de plus de 1100 pieds carrés avec une suite parentale avec lit King, deuxiÚme chambre avec lit Queen et salle de bain supplémentaire, baignoire dans chaque salle de bain.

Very dated , needs a bit of tender loving care , beds and bedding clean, lots of towels. Decore , furniture and carpet old and grubby. There was also a terrible smell of Cannabis in the condo.

Nice place, poor communication

Communication with the owner wasn’t great. I had to prompt them to get the door code. I also had to buy silverware as the condo didn’t have much. It now has plenty of forks and knives. The place was clean and tidy.

An Honest Review

Very clean property with good lake/golf course views from the balcony! However we will pick another unit for our next visit based on several maintenance issues that needed attention from the owner...Sheets that did not fit the beds correctly, only ONE teaspoon included in silverware, hotel room size coffeemaker and very small coffee cups, incomplete/incorrect directions for operating the television, no ice maker or ice trays in freezer, digital entrance lock display was small and difficult to use, door locks to balcony were difficult to lock/unlock, very low wattage bulbs in lamps and overhead fixtures which made the unit look dark, uncomfortable sofa...These may seem like insignificant details but the other VRBO places we have stayed led us to expect more from this unit at Saddlebrook!

Relaxing

Property was located in a great resort with a great view of a little lake where birds were plentiful. The condo is dated with wallpaper that is peeling in places however it was clean & plenty of bath towels. Kitchen could use more towels though. The pocket door to the master was askew & didn’t close properly. One Light above sink in master bath Was out. Owner responded to my email alerting them to those issues & they were out of town but offered someone to come & address, however I declined & said I’d wait for the owners return to address. Washer & dryer were great & we made use of them. Overall a nice vacation & very affordable.

Just OK

Overall a good stay, but some things that could be improved.Pros: clean, especially given the age of the unit (like most of Saddlebrook, fairly older). Owner was easy to work with, accommodated a request for early check-in and was quick to respond to a few messages I sent during our stay. Easy parking and a well secured resort community. Lots of towels, pillows, etc. with the added perk of in unit laundry which really helps.Cons: the unit was plagued by the smell of marijuana from either an adjacent owner or adjacent occupant for the length of the stay. Not optimal for anyone, never the less a family. We struggled to get more than one shower's worth of warm water a night. Owner did come out and inspect, but really nothing they could do to remedy. Would be warm for the first person and the other showers the rest of the evening were cold. In unit wifi needs a significant upgrade. Speed test I ran from the device I was able to get consistently connected showed speeds of less than 5mbps, which in today's world just isn't realistic. Was enough to read emails, but if you have a child looking to stream anything (including on the Roku TVs in the bedrooms) or need to do any kind of remote work, it's an uphill battle. Not unhappy with the stay, but would probably pick a different unit when we come back next year. Kind, easy owner to work with, but just isn't a five star unit.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and only had one issue with the door to the larger bedroom unoperable. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious and centrally located to many restaurants. Beautiful resort.

Old & outdated

The host was very responsive which was great, however the unit has not been updated since my guess would be the 80’s. Broken door back bedroom so not much privacy. the original wall paper was coming off the walls in several locations. The couch and chair seem to be the original furniture and very uncomfortable. The community as a whole is very old and in desperate need of updating. I am sure back in the 80’s and 90’s Saddlebrook was definitely a seeked out destination spot. For the money we paid I would have expected at least comfortable couch and chair to sit and relax. Also there is a welcome book and the host writes a plug about their son owning a resteraunt down the street and they deliver. We called and they do not deliver.

Just like advertised

Unit was clean and nicely furnished. Directions to get into the unit were clear and easy to follow. The patio had a nice view of the pond. We were in Westley Chapel for our grandkids hokey Tournament and look forward to going back next year. :)

Memorial Service

Beautiful location. It was close to other family that lives in Florida. We were able to spend time and reflect on the life of my Aunt. Close to good shopping, restaurants, golf etc. We really appreciate the owners and their kindness.

Nice Property - Competitively Priced

This is a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with ample parking. It is located on the top floor which I prefer to eliminate noise overhead. Beds are comfy, place is clean, good laundry machines. It worked well for me. Owners were responsive to any requests.

This place is amazing!! The location is great. The bed is so comfortable. It is old furniture and kitchen is a little lacking. The landlord was very easy to contact and attentive. BUT, be careful you are not allowed to use the pool, big problem.
