Amazing stay

The place was clean, organized and welcoming. We visited our son who attends USF and the location is perfect. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Great stay for a long weekend getaway

Property was clean and close to restaurants and Busch gardens. We enjoyed the large Olympic pool and almost no one was there which was nice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Quiet Oasis

Overall, the property was nice/quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The property could've used a detailed dusting prior to us staying there, clean/comfy beds.

Since you didn't address any issues with me during your stay, I am left to assume you are referring to the balcony. The balcony is screened in and it does protect from some of the outdoor elements but it is still outdoors. This means that even though it is swept, you can still expect to find some dust. Again, thank you for having stayed with us and we hope to ha e the opportunity to host you again should life bring you back to the Tampa Bay area.

Great and quiet location

Very neat. The property was perfect for our needs, and Alexandra was a great host. We had no problems during our stay, and the location is ideal for outdoor activities like walking and running. Will consider this place again if it fits our travel.

Family trip

Great 2 bedroom condo. We were in the area visiting family. Good location, easy access to freeways & Busch Gardens. Very clean, loved having 2 bathrooms. It was nice sitting on the balcony having coffee in the mornings.

The property well kept, quiet and easy to get around. We stayed here to take our Grandsons to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, perfect location. The unit very clean and all amenities included sheets, towels even beach towels,

Quiet comfy stay.

The location and cleanliness and quietness of this community is awesome. The host is excellent and easy to communicate with. Shopping and Busch gardens were conveniently close by. My kids enjoy the pools after our days at Busch Gardens. I enjoy the quiet in this very safe community. We had a great stay.

Excellent choice

I felt very much at home and comfortable in this unit. It was well equipped which was important to me as I was there for 4 weeks. It felt safe and very quiet and was very centrally located. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Alexandra was a wonderful host.

Convenience and all you need

We stayed here while our son participated in the USATF track meet at University of South Florida. It was very convenient to the campus and had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby, and it's only about 20 minutes to the Port of Tampa and Ybor City Historic District. Alexandra is very responsive. We had a good stay.

Great for USF visit

Nice quiet neighborhood & very convenient location for our visit to USF. Located about 25 minutes from downtown. The condo is very clean, well appointed with thoughtful extras like a first aid kit, kids games & beach toys. All my questions were answered quickly & professionally. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Overall a great stay!

We had a great time at Alexandra's property, which locates in just about 30 minutes from Tampa, it was really convenient for us. Quite and safe neighborhood with restaurants and supermarket nearby. The property is cozy and clean, it had everything we needed. Kids liked the swimming pools, board games, their room was comfortable as well as ours. We were very satisfied with Alexandra's professionalism, she replied to our messages immediately.

Loved my Stay

The unit was in the heart of the city. The Condo was on the middle of everything. The communication was excellent with the owner the condo. The condo was very clean and everything intact. I felt very safe with my two kids.

Overall very happy with this rental. Grateful for the extras, coffee, etc. Floors could use some additional sweeping, etc. dust bunnies and window sills were buggy/cobwebs, mostly clean and comfortable. Bed was my husbands favorite. Meant to look at the brand but forgot. Would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back again! 💕😊

A Real Gem

This was a very clean, well-staged condo. My in-laws have lived in the adjacent neighborhood for 40 years and can confirm this is a nice quiet area. It is very easy to get anywhere in the Tampa area with I75/I275/I4 all within a few minutes drive. My preteen girls loved the pool and the nightly walks in the surrounding neighborhood. King bed was very comfortable and the shower and bathrooms were updated and very clean. A nice large TV in the living room was great for watching the NCAA basketball tournament each night we were there. Only issue I had was the master bedroom tv was quite slow at processing remote commands. You needed patience waiting on it. Alexandra, the host, was fabulous in working with me as she was very responsive to an issue I had with the door code upon arrival. She also went above and beyond to return a forgotten item to our in laws so that they could ship it back to us. A great host! We will look to stay here again on future visits without hesitation. A++ experience.
