Bienvenue, à la maison, futurs amis / famille. Détendez-vous et profitez de votre séjour dans notre belle nouvelle maison vintage remodelée achevée de l'ère moderne. Vivez une ambiance vintage des années 30. D'une balançoire de véranda classique à un hamac intérieur relaxant. Inclinez l'extérieur avec une grande terrasse en bois extérieure avec 2 barbecues pour vous divertir. Profitez d'un grand et spacieux 1 étage avec 1900 pieds carrés en bas, avec 2 étages supplémentaires de 900 pieds carrés à l'étage. Trois chambres séparées. 1 chambre King en bas. Grande salle de bain et cuisine complète avec laveuse / sécheuse en bas. A l'étage a 2 chambres séparées complètes avec de nouvelles chambres doubles chacune avec placard individuel. Nouveau loft de divertissement à l'étage (Tim's Cave), complet avec TV, lecteur DVD, PS3. Apportez vos films et jeux préférés pour en profiter.

We really enjoyed this place, very comfortable, clean and a great location. The only criticism would be the stairs to the upstairs are not elderly friendly. Other than that it was very nice!

Friends and my teen daughter went to my high school reunion, house was lovely, we wanted to use deck, dug feces outside on roof shoulder level, couldn't BBQ. Or use outdoor space, due to smell.

Great property owners

We had a good stay! Place was super clean! Just what we needed after a long drive! Our daughters loved having their own rooms and enjoyed the fun area upstairs “Tim’s cave” We had issues with the air conditioning but the owner was right on it. He even sent us a gift card due to that issue. What a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do! Thank you so much! This is a good place to stay for a family! We recommend it!

Family spring break trip

The place was nothing short of amazing. Surprised my three children with a Oregon trip this spring break since they always wanted to chase waterfalls and see the spots from twilight. This was located in the center of everything we wanted to do. Also close to any shopping when we needed it. Communication and entry was so quick and easy! My 9yr old made it clear that we need to go back and stay here for her 10th birthday in September. Fingers crossed! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Wish I could give more than the 3 stars.....

Older interesting-to-walk neighborhood, close to city and priced right. I completely missed reserving an extra night that we needed and Tim immediately fixed that for us, and I am VERY GRATEFUL for his quick action and flexibility. Thank you again. The house is big and roomy with a large living room, large dining table and separate work/office type area. The patio/yard is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. Some takeaways for the owners: there are signs all throughout - take off your shoes - keep the noise down - turn the blinds to the left - empty the lint trap - clean up your own carpet spills ((please remove or replace , it's quite soiled)), - bring in the seat cushions - leave this light switch on, etc. that left us unable to fully relax for fear of breaking a rule. Renters, note that the property shares walls with residents. You can hear TV, voices, doors, etc, that I was not expecting when the listing said "basement" and "separate", which I thought meant detached. The coming & going of many other shared tenants was constant, just note that there's a lot of activity around the house. I never felt unsafe, but there was movement and distraction. We simply needed lodging for a wedding and to work remotely (wifi was strong) so this was sufficiently functional. But if you are looking for a kick-back, chill-out, feel-right-at-home type, this is not the vibe it gives.

We came to town for a Jr roller derby weekend bouts. The location was perfect as it was only 5 min from the derby venue. The chalk board wall was fun, and apparently another derby person had stayed previously. There was a wonderful drawing of the derby ref on the wall. We added our teams Mob City logo to the wall. There was a bit of an ant issue in the cave area upstairs which the owner said they would address that ASAP for future visitors. There are two gentlemen who live in the basement who may walk past the living room windows, and get thier mail on the porch. They seemed very nice, just caught me off guard the first time. House is very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Lots of train whistles do go off frequently, which didn't bother me, but good to know in case you would be bothered by that in the middle of the night.

Thanksgiving in Salem

Tim's home is very homey and peaceful. It had all your needs, in a throwback setting, very relaxing. Enjoyed our time visiting my daughter and have dinner in the home.
