Welcome to your cozy PNW retreat in West Salem, a peaceful getaway surrounded by mature trees with a private backyard for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy rainy mornings on the covered deck, evenings by the fire pit, or gather on the spacious patio. Inside, a bright open-concept living space and thoughtfully stocked kitchen with espresso and Nespresso machines make it easy to feel at home.

The space
Crozer Place offers three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and flexible living spaces designed to accommodate couples, families, business travelers, and extended stays alike.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, an additional bedroom, and a versatile office or nursery. For families traveling with little ones, we're happy to provide a crib, high chair, sound machine, toys, books, and other family-friendly amenities upon request.

Downstairs features a generously sized bedroom with direct access to the backyard, offering added privacy and convenience. The open-concept living and dining areas provide plenty of room to gather, while the bonus space adjacent to the laundry room and second full bathroom can be used as a workspace, reading nook, or play area for children.

For added convenience, the home includes in-unit laundry, ample storage, covered carport parking, additional driveway parking, and garage access upon request.

Located just minutes from Downtown Salem and the charm of West Salem, you'll have easy access to local restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, parks, hospitals, and everything the Willamette Valley has to offer.

If there's anything that would make your stay even more enjoyable, we're always happy to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, laundry area, private backyard, carport, driveway parking, and outdoor amenities. The garage is also available upon request.

The only area not accessible is a small locked exterior storage closet used for property maintenance supplies.
