Ce condo de style maison de ville de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain à l'extrémité sud de l'île d'Amelia est une bouffée d'air frais! Situé dans le complexe Beach Wood du côté océan de la plantation, il n'est qu'à trois minutes à pied du bord de mer! Spacieux et meublé avec goût, ses nombreux points forts comprennent une cuisine moderne et élégante, un grand patio parfait pour accueillir (avec une chiminea pour les nuits plus fraîches), une vue sur le lac et une immense suite parentale avec un coin salon spacieux et un balcon privé.

Profitez de beaucoup de temps dans la piscine complexe qui est très privée et calme lorsque vous ne vous prélassez pas sur la plage parfaite. Cette villa est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour une escapade relaxante!

Pour les visiteurs actifs en quête d'aventure, les pistes cyclables / pédestres de la station sont de premier ordre! Environ sept milles de sentiers vous amèneront à certains des points d'intérêt de la plantation, comme Aury Island, Drummond Point Park et Walker's Landing.

Les visiteurs peuvent également profiter du grand spa, des boutiques et des restaurants de la station, ou de nombreuses autres activités, telles que le Centre de la nature ou le mini-golf de putt-putt. Awesome Stay!

This place was so spacious with more than everything we needed. There are two floors with both bedrooms upstairs - the master is huge with a big walk in closet. So much better than staying at the resort nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice location

A very nice stay. The master is spacious with a balcony view of a distant pond. The downstairs was comfortable and also had a large outdoor area with seating. Access and parking was easy. Would stay there again.

Nicely appointed townhome

I stayed here while attending a business meeting at the hotel. It is very well located, has a nice firm bed and all of the comforts of home. The furnishings and art work are of a high quality and made me feel like I was staying at a friend’s house rather than a rental. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location

We were only able to stay for a day and a half due to an evacuation, but loved the property and Amelia Island. The plantation has a lot into offer. It was a short walk to the. Each and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The property had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful as always

We have stayed in Amelia Island a bunch of times, it is always wonderful. We love these Beachwood Villas, incredibly short walk to the beach, but far enough away that you aren’t covered in sand the whole week. Property is big, and clean. Everything we expected. Will definitely go back.

Quiet & Peaceful Stay

I really enjoyed the private and peaceful location of the property. The large back patio was nice, and the pool is just steps from the front of the unit. Check in was easy with no glitches. Secured entry to the resort property while keeping easy entry and exit. The spa was really awesome, so consider a service while you are there. It's just down the street from the unit. Overall a quiet, relaxing stay which was just what I was looking for.

Total Relaxation!

Lovely, nicely decorated condo in a terrific community -- miles of walking trails through lush vegetation, 5 minute walk to the beach and the Omni Hotel, 10 minute walk to other on-site dining and the Nature Center. Nice pool next to the building. Quiet and peaceful. 20-min drive to downtown Fernandina Beach; 5-10-min drive for groceries and great restaurants. The only tiny critique is some of the finishes in the condo could use a refresh but otherwise it's a wonderful property and we would happily stay there again.

Beautiful and private!

The spot was absolutely lovely and the space just as represented in the online pictures. Just a note: all of the doors to the property except the front door were unlocked when we arrived (weird) and there were a few things (candy wrappers, and unused diaper) left on the floors. Not a huge problem but not what we expected.

Almost Exceptional

Perfect location. Surroundings beautiful. Gorgeously decorated. Problems with amenities--coffee maker old but property manager replaced it, washer/dryer, old, though functioned, outdoor grill, low end, filthy, starter broken, grates rusty, wheel broke off, but we managed to grill, ice-maker on fridge didn't work. Property management generally responsive. Pool, lovely, beach in minutes, community, gorgeous, Amelia Island Plantation, gated and beautiful, lovely parks, easy to get to downtown Fernandina Beach, and off-island, nice shops nearby. Amelia Island is a wonderful vacation.

Turn the light on

We arrived at night. Following directions, we pulled into parking lot witch was not lit and proceeded up walkway which was very dimly lit. After 3 walk bys, we found the unit totally in the dark . All outside lights and number were unlit. Fumbling to open key lock, got in and again total darkness! A welcoming light on would have been appreciated!!!!! The unit was as described- great central location , walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.Beach chairs were provided but a umbrella would have been nice. Bed is starting to feel it’s age. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there- the perfect weather helped !

We are glad you had an enjoyable visit overall, however we're sorry to hear you had difficulty finding the villa entrance after dark initially. The resort itself is kept very dark (to protect nesting sea turtles during summer months) but we're glad that our thorough driving directions guided you to the correct location and we'll pass along your suggestion to leave an outside light on. This will certainly help the small group of guests like yourself that arrive after dark! As for your recommendation on the bed, our team and the owners takes any and all feedback seriously so we're happy to report that the main bedroom mattress was replaced this week! We're glad that all in all you had a nice stay, and the weather and unit's walkability allowed for extra enjoyable excursions. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you will consider us for future visits!

Golf outing

We enjoyed the golf and surrounding area. Restaurants were great everything was easy drive. The location was beautiful and the condo was as described. Great place would definitely come again!

We are so glad you found everything to be an easy drive - really, nothing is too far away on our island which is only 13 miles long and 4 miles wide!
