Espace incroyable au troisième étage

Incroyable troisième étage sans ascenseur jusqu'à Loft situé au-dessus d'un piano-bar. La pièce principale mesure 17 par 40 avec des plafonds de quatorze pieds, ses presque trois pièces à onje. Vous avez une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, un canapé et une causeuse face à la télévision et un coin salon, puis deux lits dat. La chambre principale a un lit king, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un futon queen. Il y a deux banquettes-lits jumeaux dans la zone commune. Table de salle à manger sièges 6, table de salle à manger sièges 4. Espace incroyable!

Idk why the national park is limped in here because we did not attend but the apartment and our hosts were impeccable! Words cannot describe the level of excellence we experienced!

Great location unique stay

Very unique apartment in an old historic building in STL. Close to popular attractions like the zoo, union stations and the gateway arch. Linens and towels were clean but the floor could have used a thorough vacuuming, especially under the end table in the bedrooms. Two sets of narrow stairs to get up so keep in mind when booking. Great place with great renters

Our stay was great! We had a minor hiccup with some plumbing issues that was fixed immediately and Jeff and Robert took great care of us! They were very timely and sweet. We appreciate them opening their place to us!

Family thanksgiving and sons 21 bday

This place was wonderful. The charm in it is amazing. There is so much to admire with the decoration. The host was easy to reach and amazing. The bed was so nice and comfy. Loved having a table for the whole family and large living room area to hang out in. Would so stay again.

Furniture attractive. Walls and woodwork painted, but shabby. Stairs really, really, really difficult. In fact frighteningly difficult. Critters heard in the master bedroom ceiling in middle of the night. Entrance to building dirty.

Warning, do not stay here!

This rental is not a safe unit! Upon arrival the exterior of the building is in shambles (literally falling apart). Check in was easy but everything else said do not stay here, which we didn’t (found a hotel). No smoke detectors, holes in walls, faulty electrical, The window is Hidden because the front of the building literally fell off. Check out Google Maps for photo. The owner is unwilling to refund our money so we are working with Vrbo to resolve this. Before we left we decided to check out the bar and we can’t say enough about the amazing people we met there! We even came back the next night for a drink and meet more people. The neighborhood and location would’ve been perfect. but unfortunately, the building is unsafe!

Exactly what we expected

Quirky loft space with comfy beds. We loved the friendly bar staff and pizza available downstairs. The building has settled over the years and you feel that from this 3rd floor space, but it didn’t bother us at all. The owner was very responsive. Would stay again.

Great Condo above Great Bar

We came into town for the Morgan Wallen concert and stayed for a long weekend. The condo itself is very spacious and unique- I love the exposed beams! The bar downstairs was wonderful and they remembered our names and gave us recommendations for the area. The owners were prompt with communication and were very generous with us. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll be back!

Perfect for a little mid week getaway for friends!

Me and a few of my friends booked to come down for a short stay before all our summer jobs started up and it was perfect. When they got here they couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was for the rate we got it at! Plenty of towels and kitchenware and very practical and easy to navigate especially with the help of Robert and the bartender if anything goes wrong. Extremely satisfied with our stay!

Great weekend getaway spot close to all of St Louis.

Had an awesome trip with some friends here. Close to Bush Stadium for a Cards game, close to golf courses, a bar down stairs that doesn’t get too rowdy on the weekends, and 15ish minutes from all the traditional sightseeing sites. Outside is a little deceiving, but the unit itself is awesome. Plenty of parking close to unit. 13/10 staying here again on next trip down.

Fantastic stay!

Great property, easy to drive to and centrally located for our needs. The rooms are spacious, beds were very comfortable. The living room was great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. And the minimal cleaning before checking out was greatly appreciated. Communication with the host was excellent, very quick to respond to any message. We felt safe in the flat and in the neighborhood. The only downsides we encountered was the narrow steps up to the flat were somewhat hard to navigate with luggage, but it was a minor issue.

It was a good distance from down town, friendly neighborhood, comfortable beds, I think the bar may share a hot water tank. I took a shower at night and the water was a little cold but hot in the morning. But it was a nice apartment and we'd visit again

Overall good

The place was very nice and spacious. Be prepared to walked up stairs if bringing a lot of luggage. There were not any cleaning materials or stuff to wash dishes with and no extra sheets. But overall everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of character

This place is one of the more interesting rentals I've booked. It's a third-floor walk-up in front of a very niche, corner-pub type bar. Not in the best part of town, but my group never had any issues or felt unsafe. It has a 70s art commune vibe with some interesting features--e.g. two beds in a V shape in the living room. My group found these elements charming. It's a little weird to get to. The entrance is behind the bar, through a fence, and you have to pass through an area patrons hang out in to get to the door. It's also not in any way handicap-accessible. I wouldn't recommend this place to everyone (e.g. probably not to families), but for groups who don't mind the quirks of an old and weird building, it does the job.

Cool historic building

The property was neat and those who worked at the bar were helpful and nice. There was some experiences with patrons from the bar that were not so excellent but that comes with many entertainment venues. Very eclectic and lots to look at from the bar to the apartment. The entrance is in the back which we did not realize at first as there is a door in the front so you do have to go around to enter but everyone was very helpful.

The property is spacious and the owner is very communicative. Unfortunately, the space leaves a lot to be desired. The keyless entry takes multiple attempts to open and the door frames look like they have been kicked open a few too many times. It is not in a very safe part of town. The hot water heater went out both mornings while we were there.
