I loved this condo! Can’t say enough good things about it! Beautiful decor, up to date, nice beds, linens and pillows. Well stocked kitchen w nice keurig! Beautiful view, super clean. We come to Destin every summer and this was the nicest condo we have rented in a long time! Felt price was fair and beach service was included! Book it!

Clean and Comfortable

My family had a very enjoyable stay! It was kid friendly with the bunk beds being available and had a very cozy feel to it. They supplied everything we could have needed for our stay which made things so much easier. It was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again with my family!

We enjoyed this condo so much! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for our kids during spring break. Great location. Condo is gorgeous and the owner was very easy to communicate with. 5 stars!

Beautiful beachfront condo

Checkin process was smooth and the condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The views were spectacular and beach chairs/umbrella included with the unit. Being on the second floor, close to elevator or stairwell made coming and going super easy. The beach was spectacular. The property grounds are well taken care of and all employed there were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this condo and looking forward to a repeat trip next year!

Memorial Day weekend mini vacation

I had an amazing time and loved my stay at Sterling Sands 210 unit. Apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, organized and decorated with a nice beach vibe. Great ocean view from the balcony. The building was also very clean, as well as the pool and all other amenities. We had to pay for umbrella and beach chair service (I’ll assume this was related to the holiday weekend), but the service was great, we had our beach place reserved every day. With no doubt I would recommend and stay again in this unit for future vacations.

I am so glad you had a great weekend. I am concerned about the Beach service though since that should have been free and is paid for by the owner. Please let me know if you didn't at least get one free setup so I can address it with them. Thank you for staying with us.

Wonderful stay in Destin

The condo and location are just beautiful. The outdoor property itself needs a good cleaning and power washing. The pool temperatures were so warm that we couldn’t even comfortably swim. I get that’s it’s FL but any other Destin property we’ve stayed at managed to keep the pool a refreshing temperature not feeling like a hot tub.We didn’t get the check in emails nor was it disclaimed we would need to pay a fee per person per day to the property management company upon check in. The equals 70 for my family that was not made transparent when booking.WiFi in condo was difficult to log into. Had to turn over WiFi boxes, type in router info etc - no instructions anywhere and definitely not guest friendly. This could be easy. Again, the condo itself was beautiful but these other hiccups and pooo situation wo

Property was nice, but guarantees were not guaranteed...

Hello, Overall the property and facilities were nice. The unit was clean and had typical appliances / amenities available. The view of the Gulf was great. The pool was inviting and not too crowded. Close proximity to the harbor and shopping was a plus. However, not all promises / guarantees that were listed in our reservation were available. We booked our reservation prior to the coronavirus pandemic. At the time we stayed at the resort, shutdowns were just starting to occur; the beach was closed to the public the day we arrived. Part of our reservation, included reserved chairs on the beach and access to the private beach. When I contacted the rental manager about amenities (beach chair service and access to the beach) that were part of my reservation, but not available for the duration of our trip, she was unwilling to work with me on fair compensation/reimbursement for the amenities that were part of our reservation, but not available for us to use. It was a bit disappointing that the manager, especially in the midst of all the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, was not willing to work with me to find a way to rectify the issue; essentially, we paid top-dollar for a beach front unit with beach access and beach chair service, but did not have the beach access or beach chair service for which we paid. We would consider staying at the property again, but we are not sure if we would go through the same management service.

Erik: . You emailed me the day of arrival and were told the beaches were closed, but the pool was open. You were given the option to cancel at that time and said the pool would be fine. If your friends were discounted half by another company, that is their decision. Each company handles things differently and my Owner chose to not discount at half rate.. I have to honor her decision. Thank you for staying with us.

El apartamento 210 muy lindo limpio y espacioso con una vista perfecta al mar!

El edificio muy limpio pero el personal muy deficiente si eres hispano no se puede escuchar música en la piscina porque a los americanos les molesta la música en español 🥺 ! Pero en cuanto a la propiedad 210 en el segundo piso del condominio 100% recomendado cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones!!! Y los dueños muy atentos en cuanto a comunicación!!

This property was very nice! The view was amazing even if it’s on the 2nd floor! Easy access to pool and beach! Everyone was super friendly and a lot of people had been going there for years. The price was a little on the high side for us, but well worth it.

Perfectly LOVELY!

The condo was gorgeous and so comfortable! It felt like home! It has everything you will need and is very spacious and beautifully appointed. Reese the property manager did an excellent job responding to any and all of our questions promptly. The beach is wonderful and the pool and hot tub are great too. My only negative would be that someone needs to address the beach chair issue. If you stay at a high end resort and pay what you pay for this place, you should get beach chairs in the front row. We were stuck in the back row for the entire week, except for the last day when all chairs were in a single row. Both the property manager and the HOA said there was nothing they could do about that. For this price, there should be something they can do about that in my opinion. The beach is our top priority when we go to places like this. It matters and is expected at this price point.

Destin Sterling Sands

Property was as advertised; clean, remodeled, convenient, comfortable. The only negative with our stay was the elevator was on the fritz for a couple days. Fortunately, we were on the second floor and it wasn’t as big of a problem as it could have been. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Our Thanksgiving stay

We absolutely loved unit 210. Very convenient to everything including the elevator!! Place was very tastefully decorated!! Loved the view!! I was a little shocked at how dirty the floors were though. I understand that help is tough to find, so it’s not a deal breaker. Just made us wonder if the rest of the place was clean. We plan to stay here again in the future! I hope you guys can up your cleaning game, but we’ll be prepared to bring our own cleaning supplies. Especially during a time like this where cleanliness is so huge. Again not a deal breaker because this place was so nice. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your place. See ya soon!! Hopefully!!

Great stay in a beautiful condo

Beautifully renovated condo. We always come back to Sterling Sands. Cleanliness was not as top notch as we’re used to (old food outside on balcony floor and balcony glass not cleaned). Beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable compared to past condos. Even our teenage kids said their beds were comfortable, which is so important when on vacation for several days. A plus, management company very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

Great location and very family friendly.

We have stayed in unit 210 for a few years now and truly enjoy it! The shower in the master can use a little extra cleaning and the bedspreads on the bed didn’t appear to have been recently washed. They also only had one kitchen towel. Other than that it was perfect and we are looking forward to next year!!

Great view

Disappointed about cleanliness, especially master bathroom, hair in tub and shower, ran out of TP, less than 1/2 roll of PT. 2 nd bedroom had check mix on the floor. Asked mgmt prior to vacation about pool and beach access early in day prior to check in. Was told “ don’t bother housekeeping .” Would have been nice to know beach umbrella and chairs available prior to check in on arrival day. The security guy, we call Mr. Tea, harassed us and others on the pool deck w/o bracelets, and continued to eagle eye the pool area and balcony’s throughout his shifts, no personality at all! No salt/ pepper or sugar/creamer for coffee.

Brenda: You were asked to not disturb the Cleaners when you asked for a Early Check In and this is why. Because it messes up their routine of cleaning and I never heard one word from you at Arrival or during your entire stay about any cleaning issues. I have nothing to do with Security, beach/pool bands or Beach service. That is all through the HOA. Also food condiments are not allowed to be left in rental properties for safety reasons and your extra toilet paper was under the sink. You may want to pack small food items next time you travel. Thank you
