I liked the location. I learned a fun fact this was orange beaches very first condo on the beach. Check in was easy. The stay was ok. It was a place to spend one night. I didn't use the kitchen but it was available to use.

Everything was......okay

Upon arrival when entering the parking deck, you need to purchase a $25 parking pass. Which I think is a little steep considering how poor the environment felt around the whole building. Through the breezeways almost feel like an asylum that’s dark and shabby. Checking in is pretty easy if you have all the information needed. The rooms were okay though. They seem to be newly renovated, some with very nice features.

Cleaning company and management should check unit

No trash bags, dirty ac unit, dirty baseboards, hair on pillow, no sheets for pull out couch, soap on shower curtain, dirty bathroom fan/vent. I cleaned ac unit lint off so it would stop sweating in floor and molding the unit. I wipe mold off unit and water.

SO DISAPPOINTING! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

First of all, i am not a picky person at all. I just want to throw this out there. I just want to share my story. First things first. We are staying at the beach where there is (sand). We were not left a dust pan, a mop or a decent broom that worked. The blankets had stains on them and kind of had a stentch. I had to clean them myself. The couch has a dingy smell to it with stains on it. I went to sit down and it smelled so bad i had to put 2 layers of sheets over it just to be able to sit on it. I reached out to vacasa asking someone for a broom and a dustpan and that was never done either. It took management days to reply to us. The finally replied once we were leaving and it was to late. What a freaking disater. I will never come back to this place. The halls look like your walking through a prison its so old on the inside. Many other people on the beach said they were not happy with there stay at this place either.

The unit had some updates but the mattress was very uncomfortable and the sofa and bedspread were not clean . I would not stay in this unit again . Sugar Beach property was fine , just not this unit .

3 day getaway!

It’s perfect for a short getaway! It was just me, my boyfriend and daughter. The space was a bit smaller than it was expected but it worked out! Next time we will definitely get a bigger room!

Loved it!

My son and I stayed for 4 nights and we already are wanting to book again for next year! The space was the perfect size for the 2 of us. It's in a perfect location, close enough to shops and restaurants in GS that we wanted to check out, but staying in Orange Beach was more our speed. ONLY and smallest complaint was the top outlet behind the couch didn't work. We can't wait to come back and hope we can book this unit again!

Convenient rental

It was a nice rental,bed was comfortable and room stocked with kitchen items.Sliding door didn’t work and hallways looked like you were in a sanitarium.I didn’t think paying $25 after paying $1000 for three days sat well with me.

It was okay!

Overall the condo is nice & clean besides the bed and the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. I read back on reviews where people have complained about that and still has not be resolved. Also, being 24 weeks pregnant at the time with twins, it was a lot of sleepless nights. We ended up having a family emergency back home, and so it just made the trip not as fun. Which that had nothing to do with the condo itself. But because of how uncomfortable the bed was, I don’t think I would stay there again till it was updated. Plus there wasn’t enough sleeping pillows for bed and pull out bed unless you used all the throw pillows too.

Ease of checkin with security - very safe, clean, right on the ocean, and the room was exactly like it looks in the pictures and description, included with the listing. Highly recommend.

Cozy & comfy

We wanted just a short weekend getaway, and this was the perfect spot for a couple. Great location so that we only had less than a 2 mile drive to anywhere we wanted to go eat or visit. Perfect beach access, and we were able to walk the 2.3 miles down to the pier

The pictures on the website are a very accurate reflection of the property; I feel like there were no surprises when we arrived. Positives: The bathroom and kitchen are newer remodels and very nice. The interior of the unit as a whole was very clean. It is a short walk to the beach and there is a beach service rental reasonably priced as soon as you walk out to the beach. You are close to the gulf shores line, so this is a great location for anywhere OB or GS. Negative Remarks: The bed is very uncomfortable—it is stiff and extremely noisy. It is not attached to a frame, so every time you move it makes a noise. I would recommend bringing your pillow and a set of sheets from home if you want any sort of comfort..Also be aware this unit is directly facing the tennis court—if you are concerned about the balcony view, this unit is not for you. The bathroom is incredibly small. In addition, the hallways are dimly lit and rundown. Also be aware the sugar shack does not accept cards—So be prepared with plenty of snacks or cash if you want food on site. Also parking is $25 cash only. Overall, I feel like this unit was what I expected; we got what we paid for, considering this was the only until for 2 that was available the only week we could take vacation this year. I would not book it again unless it was my only option, and even then, I may consider a hotel just for comfort.
