This condo was excellent! We will say here again! Beds were pretty comfortable. Views amazing. The balcony had great seating options! Very clean.

Spectacular views of sunrise and sunset whether on the balcony or the beach. On site security personnel were above and beyond friendly and helpful.

Condo was fine. But the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and was not notified until 2nd or 3rd day into stay. Had to purchase ice yo use. Liquid life did give a 20.00 credit for purchasing ice. Had to have coffee maker replaced old ran coffee all over the counter.The furniture in living room had 2 cloth chairs and they were filthy. I had to scrub them before they could be used. Stains on the couch that I had to clean. The carpeting going in to the bedrooms is really old shag carpeting and the entry way into the master bedroom and bath was horrible. Before I would walk on them I cleaned and scrubbed it.Other than bathroom in master need to have tub re-caulked. It was clean and bedding was comfortable. There were a few items in the knife/utensil drawers that had to be washed.

This property is in a beautiful location and the amenities were wonderful. We did have to search for the sauna and steam room as we were told they’re on floor 2, but they’re on the 3rd floor. Prior to booking I read the reviews, in one review it mentioned the couch isn’t a pull out, another review said it was. So I messaged the property and asked, they confirmed that the couch was a pull out. Great! I didn’t have to book somewhere else with enough beds. Flight was delayed several hours so we go there late. After finding out the couch isn’t a sleeper, I sent a message. That was late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. Was told that they’d deliver an air mattress….y’all, it wasn’t delivered until Tuesday!! I had to send texts and call multiple times. I was not offered any type of compensation. The couch was not comfortable for a grown man (my brother) Top of refrigerator was super dusty. In the front bedroom with private bathroom, the bottom of bed had a broken board, and the foam mattress topper was between the box spring and mattress. Make it make sense! Lots of children’s pictures around, kinda weird, questionable carpet. Large managing company and it’s evident with the slow responses and the sub par job the cleaning crew did prior to arrival. My daughter has an air bnb cleaning business in the Gulf Shores area and she was impressed when visiting. Beautiful beach views, Nice, quite complex, Beach things to borrow downstairs, and washer and dryer in the unit were all great

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Customers service was very helpful when we needed additional linens. The ice maker didn’t work and there could have been more attention paid to cleaning under the couch and beds, but we have a great time and would book again!

The condo was great. Perfect location right on the beach. The den furniture was a little worn and not as comfortable as we would have liked and some cushions for the balcony chairs would be nice. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean.
