Situé sur la plage de Grand-Case, cet appartement est au rez de chaussée d'une résidence de standing, sur la plage. Décoré avec gout , entièrement équipé, climatisé et une vue inoubliable ! Une chambre avec un lit King size, climatisée, 1 salle d'eau avec une douche à l'italienne, cuisine équipée, une pièce à vivre agréable avec le canapé face à la mer ...également climatisée. Une terrasse couverte pour les repas et un deck avec chaises longues et bain de soleil, les pieds dans le sable.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four micro-ondes.
Il y a un téléviseur écran plat, la wifi est gratuite. Une place de parking attribuée à l'appartement. Il est situé à quelques pas des restaurants réputés de Grand Case.

Our condo on the first floor of Bleu Marine was wonderful! You couldn't get a better location, and to be able to walk right out your door onto the beach is amazing. The space is very nicely decorated and has everything you need including beach chairs for the condo and chairs you can take on a day trip. And our host was always helpful and responsive if we ever needed anything.

Awesome Stay in Grand Case

The place was as described and well stocked. Had lots to work with, even before we went grocery shopping. We wanted for nothing. The beach was beautiful. The snorkeling at the southern end of the beach was great. Saw some coral and grass, many fish and even 6 eagle rays! Loved the place.

Perfect Vacation!

We will absolutely recommend this Vrbo to our friends and family! What a perfect place to end our trip. Location is excellent and quiet, the beach is stunning, the place is beautiful and had everything we needed. We absolutely loved it! We would love to come back here. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Loves the 1bed villa in a perfect location in grand case. Walking distance to all the fab restaurants and shops and little grocery store. Must visits are Le Cottage,La Villa, Ocean 82, Les Temps de Cerisis and Rainbow cafe. Nespresso coffee maker in the room was perfect and should be added as an amenity on listing. Chairs outside comfortably and great decor in and outside. Wish the weather was better but nothing we can do about that actually an umbrella in the room would be helpful as an addiction. As well as an extra blanket but still 5 stars!

Eventful, Relaxing, Expansive

We had a wonderful stay. Saint Martin is, of course, exquisite. The place, though, is so well-located and comfortable. The beach access is direct, easy, private. It's a dream. I'll add that we had a little bit of a medical emergency, and Lily was so helpful (she was immensely helpful with other things too, including contacts for restaurants, taxis, and stores). We love this place and everyone connected to it. We will be back, and we highly recommend it.

A haven on Grand Case

We found this property on VRBO, our third time on the island. Wanted something reasonably priced and beachfront. Apartment is larger than the pictures make it seem and absolutely perfect for a couple or with one child. Breathtaking views as soon as you open up in the morning! Quiet area with beach a few steps away and waves Rolling in. Home was well equipped, very clean and very comfortable furniture and bed. Have already recommended to friends and would stay again in a heartbeat! ♥️

Outstanding property. The view is even better in person. Literally steps take you feet from beach. Walk out the back straight into the beach. We were in unit 1 on bottom floor. Landscaping gave privacy from other apartments. Cozy bay with beautiful water. Dedicated parking space. Walkable distance to food and shops. Easy drive to Orient beach, the ferry, and other island locations. We loved the French side of the island. The Friendly Island lived up to its name! A block away from La Cantine- a small French restaurant open for breakfast and lunch - not to miss. Extremely clean and thoughtfully furnished with dishwasher and washing machine as well as big screen tv. Outdoor patio was a highlight. We looked at many other options to stay and are so glad we chose this one. Perfect spot for us. Listing manager was super responsive, helpful and kind. Blue Marine Residence was an incredible property in the heart of Grand Case. Can’t wait to stay again.

Best access to uncrowded, pristine sea

I chose this property because I needed to have direct, close access to the sea. This was perfect for my reasons for this trip. My fused spine needed 12 days of floating and swimming, which greatly strengthened my spinal muscles. The sea was so clean and the temperature was perfection. The condo itself was tastefully decorated with pops of turquoise colors and textures on the walls. She really did an amazing job decorating this condo. Each room has special features that make this property a "magazine" look for beach design. Even the bedroom has a unique feature wall, with cool lamps for reading at night. Who doesn't love a "rain-shower-head"? I had a little trouble with the stove, but my texts were promptly responded to, so no big deal after all. Thank you Carol for "unlocking" the far-right part of the stove. It was lovely to meet you~ The patio is perfect for sunning or, when the UV-rays were "extreme," (11) I could pull the lounge chair into the shaded area of the patio. Usually 12-2pm. I brought an SPF jacket that I ended up wearing. Either way, you don't have to take your eyes off the sea. The building is very secure and if you don't like to hear music at night, the slider acts as a "sound barrier" to anything going on outside.....I LOVED hearing the music down the beach, and sometimes, right in this complex. The check in was a bit "muddled", as I had been texting them that my flight was arriving at 1:30PM instead of 1:50PM. I paid the taxi extra to take me to a grocery store, to kill time and get water, fruits and other items for my 12 days. I was 55 minutes early to the condo, and was told "check in is at 4PM." They ended up allowing me in at 3:30PM because I had things to go in the frig. They should pro-rate the day, since we pay full price for 8 hours, not 24, which is a full day. No help carrying up 12 liters of water nor my heaviest suitcase. I really struggled getting it up the stairs that greet you, that I was not anticipating. (That's why I chose a ground floor condo) After that, I let it go and just enjoyed my 6-7 hours in that lovely ocean water. I saw 7 starfish, without snorkel gear on. I also brought a giant grape float, that I pumped up with a hand held, air pump. I wanted to leave it behind for the next guest, but was told to give it away....I gave it to people living in the abandoned building next door, as they were super friendly, and I saw their kids swimming on Sundays. Excellent beach trip for my birthday~

Excellent ! Perfect in every way !

5 stars is not enough ! Pictures provided were honest and accurate. Private, quiet and just about 5 min. walk from the greatest food on earth ! Management was great and the locals very welcoming . Will be back next year for sure. Have stayed on the Dutch side before, but the French side - paradise !

Perfect Place

We so loved are stay in this unit. The beautiful apartment was perfectly located on the ocean and close to everything you need. Grand Case is a foodies dream with tons of amazing places to enjoy all within walking distance. The beach there is perfect. Our hosts were beyond helpful. We can not wait to return next year!!!!

FABULOUS!

Everything was perfect. The location, the apartment, the kitchen was well stocked, the entire apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The check in was smooth. Everyone was friendly. We LOVED every minute we were there & definitely plan to return. It was simply magic to hear the waves, see the incredible view & walk directly out to the beach from the apartment. Thank you for letting us stay in this amazing apartment that was perfect for two!
