Nous avons équipé notre appartement en pensant à votre séjour et voulons qu'il soit inoubliable .
La cuisine équipée est petite mais suffisante et avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir préparer des petits plats .

Dans la chambre nous avons un grand lit KING SIZE confortable.

Dans le salon spacieux il y 'a un canapé lit et la TV .

Pour votre confort et ne pas charger vos bagages, le linge de maison ainsi que les serviettes de plages sont fournies .

Et oui un maillot de bain et une tenue de soirée vous suffirons pour des vacances de rêve.

The location is perfect for enjoying Grand Case beach, as well as all of the wonderful restaurants in town. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Everything is exactly as described in the listing.

It was awesome that our host Julia met us at the property to greet us and make us feel welcome. Beachfront location and view can't be beat.

Everything was wonderful. Julia was VERY responsive and welcoming - the perfect host. She explained everything on check-in, answered quickly when we had questions, suggested great things to do and places to eat. The neighbors were welcoming. The apartment was spacious, the view was superb, parking was always available, the town was everything we could hope for. We were close enough to town to access everything, and far enough away (maybe 1/2 mile) for it not to seem too busy.
Grand Case is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
This gem of a bakery is a short walk from the apartment. Get there before 9 AM or the croissants may be gone!

Great stay in Grand Case!

Perfect location on one of the best beaches! Julia was a wonderful host and provided clear check-in/out instructions. Rental was as pictured and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - can’t wait to come back!

On the beach in Grand Case

The apartment was lovely, with a beautiful view of the beach, the Caribbean and Anguilla. Beach chairs and warm weather. A short walk to all the restaurants in Grand Case. Julia corresponded with us before the trip and was there for our check-in and check-out and was very helpful. I highly recommend!

Great experience on our first stay in Saint Martin! Our property manager, Julia was great! Although we didn't need to reach out to her during our stay, she made herself available to us. The property was well appointed! Would stay there again!

The condo was perfect amount of space for us (2 adults and 2 kids). It was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible. Walking distance from many restaurants. Parking available in front of the complex. We had a fantastic vacation!

First time Grand Case

The location was excellent and the suite itself was very comfortable. A small kitchenette had everything we needed and was situated at full length sliding doors allowing for meals in open air with sea breeze and the sounds of the ocean. The beach was very nice including several small reefs right at waters edge full of different species of fish, fun snorkeling right at waters edge. Make sure that you have an umbrella though, there is no shade anywhere. Julia was a perfect host, very responsive and the price was very fair. A great time!

Good stay in Grand Case

Julia was great and super helpful in explaining things at the condo. It was very clean and had a few things to get us started before going to the store. It is a minimalist condo, but was good for the 3 nights and we had what we needed. You can walk to shops and restaurants, but you are very close to the road if you don’t walk on the beach. The view and beach were amazing! There isn’t a balcony to sit outside on the beach side but the view is great from inside. Thanks Julia!

Wonderful all the way around! Wonderful communication with Julia. We even rented our car from them and it was a premium service at a very reasonable price. I could list all of the great things about this property, but the gist is what matters. Everything was as good or better than the pics and description! You will not regret staying here! Hurricane Damage Note: While this property and many others were beautiful and well-maintained, the 2017 hurricane damage is still obvious on the French side. I thought this brought a realism and authenticity to our stay. You will need to do your research to see if St. Martin is for you. We loved St. Martin! - especially Grand Case and the French side in general.

Great view. close to beach

Excellent host interactions. Immediate responses. Plenty of good towels and adequate kitchen accruements, even hand mixer and espresso machine. Very comfortable mattress, good pillows, real cotton linens, plenty of hot water. No cockroaches, aggressive monkeys or BBQ. Excellent places to eat nearby. Big patio doors the width of the unit facing the sea. Very clean glass. Great beach access. Always had a parking spot. Occasional traffic noise in bedroom. Unfortunately one cannot leave the patio doors open to the sea when the renters in the unit below are heavy tobacco smokers and smoke directly below on their patio. But if one smokes themselves it is probably not an issue. This has been a problem with other units we have rented in St. Martin, that is second-hand smoke from neighbors from decks and patios. Cigarettes also a problem for us in restaurants on French St.Martin. French haven't discovered nicotine gum yet.

Fantastic Location and an Amazing View!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Julia is an amazing host and answered any questions that we had. She made us feel very welcome and helped with a few basic instructions that helped us manage better in the area. We rented our car from her for the week as well and the service and vehicle were wonderful. The property was just as pictured and described. (And in all honesty probably better ) The view was incredible, the location was perfect. We walked down the beach to the pier and tried a new resturant every night for dinner. We also walked down every morning to watch a gentleman feed the sea turtles from the pier. It was ah-mazing and so fun to watch!! If you are a foodie, Grand Case is for you!! Our only suggestion would be for the unit to have better beach chairs and umbrella. There are some provided but the umbrella is small (the sun is hot ... shade is a must) and the chairs not very comfortable for lounging. That actually wound up being a positive because we did explore more more and spent days at other beaches where we could rent very nice chairs and umbrellas from sunrise to sunset. ($20-$30 for all day). Overall it was a perfect vacation. When we come again, it will definitely be to the french side and hopefully another of Julia's units!

Grand Case is best place to stay

The apartment was as described and Julia was very nice and accommodating. The location and the view from the apartment is awesome. The kitchen is very basic but was as described in the information on the apartment. You can't go wrong by booking this apartment. Grand Case has everything you would need for a great vacation. Locally the stores for shopping in Hope Estates covers all our needs. 100% our best time in St Martin.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach.

Good unit. Owner was very responsive. The unit faces the beach and it was nice to be able to just walk down to the beach and relax. Happy that beach chairs & towels were included. Special bonus, as an American traveler, there was a hairdryer. It was well appointed and clean.

Ocean front beauty!!

We loved this apartment. Julia was so kind and flexible with our check in and out process. Apartment is so clean, easy parking, easy access to the beach (out the building). You’re right in town to get to numerous restaurants and bars. 2 min drive to local grocery store and wine shop in Hope Estate. Thank you Julia!

Start to finish, everything was incredible. Julia allowed for a reschedule due to an emergency. She was consistently responsive and kind. She met me at check-in and told me all I needed to know about the flat. It is incredibly well-equipped - even with power adapters. The pictures are completely accurate - I would say even better in person. Easy access to the quiet beach. Ample parking. Made some meals in the kitchen that included high-end equipment such as Bosch coffee makers for both European and American-style coffee. I would love to return!

Wonderful location

Great stay in Grand Case. Close to the best beaches, restaurants and bars. All walking distance. Convenient location to grocery/super store. We also rented a car from them and it was affordable and convenient to get a ride to and from the airport.
