Stunning appartment in front of the beach in the heart of Grand-Case

"Tortuga" is a brand new proposition to Grand-Case lovers or new visitors to Saint-Martin. You will feel privileged to find your own beach chairs in the pretty sandy garden under your private gazebo overlooking the beach. A large living room area with a well equipped kitchen is adjacent to a protected terrace with a sofa and a wood deck with outdoor furniture. On top of that it's just a short walk to the main attractions of Grand-case, home of the best restaurants in the whole caribbean.
There will be a second bedroom ready in may 2023 so that up to 4 guests will be welcomed.
Come to chill out and plunge into the sea at any given time..

Fantastic beach front property!

The property was right in the heart of Grand Case, next to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. It was outfitted with everything we needed and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Can’t wait to return!

The hosts of the wonderful property were top notch. The location is perfect, the accommodations were great and the garden facing the ocean was our favorite spot! We will definitely return!

A slice of paradise

This villa is simply amazing. Beautiful oceanfront view, walking distance to everything (grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, beach bars). We rented the adjacent villa as well, so we had the entire property for our family and it was perfect.

One of a kind property on Grand Case

The only property of it's kind on the beach. The house was perfect for our stay. There were plenty of areas in the house and yard to chill out when we were at home. Easy walking distance to everything you need. We cooked breakfast every day, then traveled around the island by foot, bus and taxi. Tibo is a great host and was very helpful with suggestions and information.

Great place and location to explore Grand Case

We had a wonderful stay with Thibaut and Jean Francois. They were very accommodating and made us feel at home. The place is even better than pictures can capture. It is right on the beach and the main restaurant street of Grand Case. Everything you need is in walking distance. We will definitely come back next year! Thank you Thibaut and Jean Francois!

Perfect property in Grand Case

We have visited Grand Case several times and always dreamed of staying in a private ocean front property. This IS IT. Directly on the water in an open air paradise. We wanted for nothing except for more days. The communication with the owner both prior and during our stay was seamless. Every thing about the place is brand new. We cannot wait to return. I could say so much more but am afraid that this place will be so popular that I will have to fight to get a reservation in the future. Thank you for a perfect vacation and great memories.

C'est magnifique !

La villa est superbe, trÚs bien équipée et impeccable. Quel bonheur de se réveiller le matin avec une baignade dans la mer. La villa est trÚs bien située pour visiter St-Martin et à proximité d'une multitude de restaurants pour tous les budgets. Un grand merci à Jean-François et son fils, Thibault, pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur gentillesse.

This property is very unique because it is located right on the sandy beach with calm water yet within walking distance from all amenities.

Well before we finished the renovation of "Creole rock" and "Tortuga", and even more now, the folks walking up on the beach kept on asking : 'Hey, is that place for rent? We want to come there next year!!
So now that we're listed, feel free to experience a blissful time here.
