Balcony needs lights, pool was very nice, rooms were dirty and outlets were out of the wall. Outlets in living room did not work so lamps did not work. Needs to clean under and behind beds and dressers. It was downright nasty. I would think about replacing the broken window blinds they just look awful. Oh and for some people, they’d like to be able to lock the sliding glass doors but the locks are broke. Would help if there was a bar to put to keep them from opening.

Nothing fancy, but nice location and great communication

The location is nice, the private parking is nice, short walk to the beach or pool. Plenty of restaurants in souvenir shops within walking distance. The condo was a bit dated, but was comfortable and served our needs for a short girls trip. Vacasa was amazing to work with! Communication was awesome and they responded very quickly to anything that we needed! Would stay again.

Overall the condo, including bedding was clean. Probably could use a deep cleaning, but overall was fine to stay in. Great location to beach and pool. Easy to park and unload car. Patio sliding doors to balcony still do not lock. Would bring my family back!

Overall the experience was great! The ease is renting and checking in and out was awesome! Your website and app were very helpful and not having to go to your offices for keys and doing everything on the app and through emails was great. The only thing keeping this experience from being outstanding was the conditions of blinds at the condo. Many of the blinds were missing and someone outside could easily look in and see inside the bedrooms. This was in all the rooms. I think this is unacceptable and should be remedied.

86 degrees is not a vacation

Last day Saturday the a/c went out. Unable to get anyone to fix. No adjusted bill for the inconvenience. Plugs over sinks were not to code. Ceiling fan in living room wobbled and made too much noise when going in the proper direction. No shade at the pool. Large wall scar in living room. Would not recommend

Location was good but quality issues

Neither of the patio doors lock. We called four times the day we checked in and each person told us there was a ticket created with our concern and that the local property manager would be contacted and would reach back out to us. We stayed for three nights and never received a call back. We had to use furniture as a make shift lock so the doors could not be opened all the way from the outside. There were some stains around the unit and on the furniture. Several of the blinds did not have the rod to open or close them or the string to pull them up or down. It would have been nice to have curtains to cover the blinds in the rooms facing the parking lot with bright lights at night. The smoke alarm went off almost every time the oven door opened. The main issue was the patio doors not locking and the fact that no one reached back out to us during our stay. This was a huge safety concern and raises questions regarding how seriously guest safety taken.

Disgusting Rental. If I could give this rental a negative I would. Absolutely disgusting

Nothing there was mold on the bathroom floor and shower. Urine on the bathroom wall. Insects in the living room. Towels were stained. Great location!

This condo was the perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and state park near by. The home was spacious for everyone to have their our beds. It was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The place overall was good except minor things like TV remotes not working, some ants and the noise from above us kids ran throughout the house all though the night.

Location excellent - home not so much.

The beach was close and the condo had a convenient rinse off spot. The pool was nice. The condo itself was left dirty. We showed up to one of the beds unmade and dirty blankets wadded up on top with some bodily fluid on them. Looked like blood. The dishes were all dirty I had to scrub mold off the shower head. The first night our friends had to sleep on a bed with no actual blanket. The guy literally dumped sheets off to us. The 2nd day someone came out and finally fixed it. I spent a large portion of our first 2 days reaching out for help. The owners obviously don’t take any pride in their place. The hall bath AC vent is moldy and the paints peeling off the wall. Overall was okay but didn’t feel clean or nice. We had to wash everything before we used it.

The location of this condo is perfect! Souvenir shop in front and a beautiful view of the ocean. We got to catch a glimps of dolphins playing every morning. Can't wait to go back.

Property needs TLC. Furniture was broken. Microwave was broken.

Good location with nice views and convenient beach access. The master bedroom only had two flat pillows. Two bar chairs were broken. The patio could use higher quality furniture. One of these chairs was also broken. Living room furnishings were comfortable.

Mother Daughter Vacation

Overall vacation stay was terrific. This property just needed some minor maintenence. The dining set of chairs not sturdy. The bar stools falling apart. The door handle on the sliding door nearly falling off. Should've packed an Allen wrench. Food debris left in the warming drawer of the oven. The chain lock falling off the front door d/t screws barely in the wall. Smoke alarm batteries needed replaced. Woke us up in the night . Our 5 year old really frightened. Loved the location. Met some great people. The beach is beautiful. Would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape, but had a couple of issues. The ice maker was not hooked up and we contacted the person who’s name was listed on the card in the condo and she was very nice but the ice maker never got hooked up during our stay. In her defense, she was off the next day and had passed along the ice maker issue to another person. Also, the dishwasher had nasty stagnant water that smelled so bad when we arrived so we had to run the dishwasher first thing. The washer was also full of smelly water. In the future it would be good to have these things checked prior to renters arriving. We did enjoy the location of the condo.
