We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon, but, we were so nervous about being told we had to be out at 11, that by 10 AM we had, already, packed up in a rush. This whole trip was ruined by all of these discomforts!

Miami stay

This property was clean and had all the essentials. It had complimentary coffee, water, safe, ironing board and iron, plus bathroom necessities. Room was super clean with plenty of bath towels and it was properly sanitized. Would highly recommend

The room was good in a great neighborhood, restaurants and bars available in walking distance. Hotel Pool nice but closes at 6pm so if you are out and about during the day it is of no value. Hotel advertises restaurant but it is shut down (looks like renovations). So good place to stay near Miami or for jumping off to the keys as we did.

Do Not Stay with them

Room was nasty then they tried to say we did it and had only been in the room from 2am-11am since we drove 11 hours and didn’t arrive until 2am . They are very rude and not accommodating to customers also did not want to refund me the full total of my stay only partial payment now I’m having to go back and forth with vrbo about my money . Please pick somewhere else to stay so you can enjoy your trip with a peace of mind instead of the headache we had to deal with

When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message, "your code is XXXX". I was unbelievably inconvenienced that first night. Even once the code was sent the next morning, it took several attempts for the host to finally get it working. That said, once I finally made it in the room, everything was nice, clean and convenient. I paid for two nights, but was lucky I got one. Very disappointing. If you book here, good luck. Since I didn't get what I paid for, I recommend that you don't try your luck here.

We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
