Great location, beautiful view

So happy we chose to book with Natalia and Silvia. They were great hosts, checking in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a sweet touch. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning and the room is right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Super safe area, close to Miami, Calle Ocho and other sights we wanted to see. Literally walking distance to tons of delicious restaurants and right next door to a hookah bar. Would be happy to stay here again during our next trip to Florida. :)

Great Stay better than in the hotel

I reserved this private managed unit in the hotel building. I usually visit Miami for business and stayed before in the hotel but this option is even better. You can use all the building amenities, the room is well and recently furnished and property managers always reachable and quick responses. Really high speed private Wi-Fi in the unit for working without any problem, welcome toiletries and also wine and mineral water in the mini bar. I will reserve with Miami Vacation Rentals in my next visit here for sure.

This was a complete disaster; room wasn't cleaned at arrival (there were two staff working on the door at 9 pm), cleaning service is not included, therefore no towel change nor room cleaning in an entire week. The curtain wasn't working correctly, so couldn't lower it in the entire week. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Perfect for weekend getaway

We were in Coconut Grove for a friend's wedding, and this was a great spot for our weekend stay. The room had everything we needed, and we loved the location, the pool, and the ocean views! Bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Our unit needed upkeep. Flooring worn out. Shower leaked on floor. Comfortable room, but not upscale. The restaurant and bar were closed for remodel during our stay.

Beautiful view, clean unit

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It is just as it appears online, and the view is even better than the picture. There was an issue with the blinds being broken, but I was in touch with the site manager and they were able to fix it while I was out, I was very impressed by the professionalism.

Great view but too many gnat flies

Great place love the hotel, free parking and view but there were a lot of annoying gnats flying around in the bathroom. Other than that we love it and would stay again. Great service and communication

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
