Perfect spot in the heart of Coconut Grove

The room is exactly as pictured and you're walking distance to practically everything in Coconut Grove. It's a short drive to great local beaches as well.The host was very communicative at first, but left my last two messages unanswered. Still, the space and proximity make this stay one we'd return to again.

Lovely experience views from condo were great and the pool deck high above were as well. Perfect condo for two nice amenties and parking lot was so easy acess. We loved staying here. Check in process was easy, and location was perfect. Used the gym and swimming pool and there’s tons of restaurants/stores walking distance. The area is very nice and felt very safe. Miami Beach and Everglades were close as well, driving there. Host checked in to see if we needed anything and was very welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!

Hurricane Ian Evacuation

We drove from Tampa to Miami to get out of the path of Ian. We had some wet and windy but only lost WiFi briefly and never lost electricity. Apartment was small but met our needs. View from the balcony was spectacular. Very close proximity to fun center of Coconut Grove. Exceeded expectations.

Terrific Coconut Grove Property

I was in town for a few days to move my daughter out of her apartment at U Miami and chose this wonderful unit in Coconut Grove. The location is fantastic. Walkable to all the restaurants in the area. It was very clean. Wonderful views. Check-in was seamless and communications regarding the unit were prompt, responsive and helpful. All the amenities were great. It is what it portrays to be in the photos. Just a very nice studio apartment. Perfect for one or two adults staying in the area. Enjoy!

Great location and nice building

The communication was top notch for our stay. The Arts Festival happened to be in town and we were given precise details on road closures and how to reach the property. The building is lovely with nice amenity spaces. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and nicely furnished with extra touches like bathrobes. Despite all the activities in the area that weekend, our stay and floor were quiet. You can walk out the front door and you’re in the middle of everything in Coconut Grove so the location is perfect. I cannot stress enough how excellent the communication is with the property management team. Our trip was seamless because of this extraordinary communication.

Nice place in grove

This place was very nice, with a view of the grove, and great location next to everything. Only issue we had was when we got there it wasn’t too clean so we sent pictures and the hosts took care of it and sent housekeeping to do a better job, and they definitely did. Communication was pretty good, only a kitchenette (no full fridge or anything) but depending on your stay that’s no big deal! Kinda feels like a hotel room. Not super modern facilities but that’s kind of how the whole Arya is, I still like staying there for the amazing location and I love having a balcony. Overall a good stay!

The location is perfect. The room is lovely with a terrific. Bed. The view is stunning at night. Daytime is ok but lots of rooftops and construction nearby. It’s ina hotel which has No restaurant, no place to buy a snack. Ther is a cooler with some energy drinks and water for purchase near the front desk. The room had a refrigerator and the host had a bottle of wine waiting. Along with bottled water. Very nice. Check In was easy and the hotel is very pretty. Great restaurants just out the door. It comes with a parking space but the beauty of this location is you can walk everywhere. The village is filled with shops and food. The bay is just a short walk down the road. All in all, it’s a perfect et get a way.

Coconut Grove Apt.

This property is nice, especially for the price. The little kitchenette & bathroom could be updated, but it worked great for us. We enjoyed morning runs on the pier & working out in the fitness room. It is in walking distance of many local restaurants & breakfast places. During the week, traffic is a little crazy, but calmer on the weekend. It’s about 25 minutes to miami beach & definitely worth the drive. The pool was nice, but the restaurant was closed during our stay; not that it mattered to us. We had to drive to downtown everyday for a 4-day event, so it was nice to come back to this quaint little area. The management was very responsive. We would recommend updating the pillows & the coffee machine. Overall, a good experience.

Quite nice, but I wouldn't call it luxury.

We enjoyed our stay, but I have a few caveats: –There was quite a lot of noise from other guests at the hotel, perhaps because it was over Thanksgiving holiday and people were partying. - I have always thought a plastic mattress cover is unacceptable in a luxury accommodation. -It seemed abusive to me, for a two-week stay, not to provide at least one change of sheets and towels without extra charge. - Finally, we thought the room could do with some general updating.

quick lil getaway

my spouse and I booked this in a fly and hit the road towards a quick lil get away. the location was perfect, tons of bars and consignment shops around to visit . the view from our room was super cute and the room was a great size for the both of us. the pool overlooks the marina and has great orange accent seats so that was super cute too.. def would stay again.
