La maison à un niveau mise à jour et propre avec piscine offre la commodité et tout le confort de la maison; cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de séjour ouverte avec grande section pour profiter des jeux sur l'un des 4 téléviseurs à écran plat. Jouez à des jeux / puzzles sur la grande table à manger. La suite principale comprenait une baignoire de 5 pièces et un lit king-size avec accès à la piscine. Deux autres chambres ont des lits queen size et partagent une salle de bain principale complète.

We spent our 20th anniversary enjoying this gem. Truly the chefs kiss of getaways. This home is well appointed with lots of little extras. Comfy beds and lots of space to enjoy the pool, lawn and exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Restaurants everywhere within a few minutes and the people we met were nothing short of wonderful. We will be back.

We had a great trip! Great communication with our host. House is very spacious and super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked - we prefer to cook our own meals, and the array of spices, utensils, pans, and bakeware eat the best we’ve ever had. There are quite a few spices too. Laundry was great - soap and spray and wash available. So (anyone who reads this will) know…. There is a drip coffee maker, not a Keurig. There were plenty of filters available. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Great stay in Peoria

We visit Phoenix for a work project and Tonya house is was the perfect choice for us. Very close to our project site and to many other place to shop and restaurant. House was as described and was an easy check-in and out. We will choose Tonya house for our future stay here in PHX.

Wonderful Stay

Spring Training

The house is conveniently located to several ballparks and has everything you could need. The homeowner checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and see if there was anything we needed. We would stay again!

Great Location

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Rental!

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were impressed with every aspect of our experience. Tonya's communication is superb, we were able to check in early, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the home is spotless, patio/pool area is amazing, quiet neighborhood, doughnuts withing walking distance, many great restaurants in the Phoenix area. This year we did a day trip up to Sedona, and that is beautiful, as well. Thank you, Tonya! :)

Family time

My husband and brother and I visited my mom in Peoria. The house was a great place to hang out. It felt very spacious and the kitchen was plenty big. The place looked just like the pictures and the owners were responsive. We will probably be back!

Very spacious home with comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom, nice patio and pool. Neighborhood was great for safe walks. Our rating would havebeen 5 stars except for the excessive traffic noise from the nearby expressway. This was most noticeable in the master bedroom. As a light sleeper, this forced me, at times, to use one of the other bedrooms which were much quieter but the beds were found to be very firm. Lastly, the process of accessing the home could be improved by not relying on the garage keypad which failed after a few days. Fortunately there was a lockbox provided which had keys for the doors. Perhaps Bluetooth door or garage access? Tonya responded quickly to our issue and we managed just fine.
