Perfect House

Everything about our stay was perfect! Host was wonderful to work with, house was updated and great. We especially enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again!

Family Pool Time

Mauricio has created a wonderful little oasis, The house is so clean, beautifully decorated and just perfect. The linens, towels, and furniture are top notch. The pool is spectacular, landscaping was designed and executed so fabulously that you forget there are neighbors. The extra little touches that Mauricio adds really create a feeling that you are welcome and at home. Our 6 year old loved the pool and was so grateful for the pool toys and sand toys that were at the house. We have already started talking about our next visit.

Amazing Stay!!

We came down to Florida for the Formula 1 race and stayed at this property. We enjoyed every second of the whole property. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Fridge came stocked woth Beer, Water, and Orange juice. Nearby grocery stores, beach within a few minutes drive. We will stay here again whenever we come back to Florida. Most importantly - House was very clean and beds were very comfortable

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property located in a quiet nice neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean and included all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation, including gear to take to the beach, which was an added bonus. Fantastic Property and Host!!

We had a relaxing and great time at this house! Very clean and updated furnishings. Pool was heated and excellent and we loved the privacy of the yard. Mauricio is an amazing host. Provided drinks and chocolates for arrival and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and beach locations! Highly recommend this location.

This home was amazing!

First off, Mauricio is amazing! He is so polite, great with communication and always willing to help. The house was so cute and clean and a perfect size for 6 grown adults. It was all set up for us and Mauricio provided some items to get our vacation started. Having laundry was so helpful and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana. The pool and backyard were clean and perfect to just relax. This house is close to everything you need for your vacation and only 40 minutes from Miami. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place

We were at this property between May 1-May 6 , the house is amazing clean , everything is so nice and well decorated. The bedding , the towels was so clean and good quality. We enjoy the pool and the backyard patio.Mauricio, the host, is the best host ever. When we arrived there we had some drinks in the fridge , waiting for us and some yummy chocolates. We highly recommend this place . Is just amazing Thank you Mauricio!

Great property and host

This was a great property. It was spotless, and we loved the pool and the tiki hut in the backyard. The host was very responsive and had refreshments in the fridge and the pool heated for us before our arrival. He even gave us tips on the best beach location that was not crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed the week that we were there.

Fantastic Longer-Term Stay

My wife and I rented this property for several weeks during the winter of 2021 to work remotely, escape colder weather up north, and have a place to be comfortably isolated during the Covid pandemic. The home was a fantastic property to accomplish all of that. We particularly enjoyed frequent walks around the quiet surrounding neighborhoods and at least daily swims in the heated pool, which was very comfortable even in February. The backyard area was beautiful, quite private, and where we spent much of our time. The home was equipped with all of the basic kitchenware needed for a longer stay and also everything needed for occasional trips to the beach, which was just a short drive away. There are also many great restaurant options in the area, as well as several nearby grocery stores to choose from (including Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's). The listing pictures are all entirely accurate. The home was very recently fully renovated with premium finishings and appliances, and it has a very modern and bright feel. We also appreciated the covered parking space for one car, as we brought our own. We look forward to another stay in the future.

Fantastic Backyard

Mauricio was a great owner making last minute accommodations for us. . The house and backyard was a perfect way to spend the holidays enjoying south Florida with the family. The house is a quick drive to the beach, airport and great restaurants.

Beautiful home/backyard/heated pool!

We had a wonderful experience at this home - it was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the afternoons lounging by the beautiful clean/heated pool. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including some toys for our young son to enjoy. Mauricio has truly thought of everything, from mini shampoo + conditioner to water bottles already stocked in the fridge. The house is centrally located to tons of shopping/dining options as well as only a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a wonderful experience, Mauricio!
