Portside SA 2 est un bloc de deux chambres deux Townhome 1 du golfe du Mexique. Il est situé à l'avant du complexe, ce qui vous donne une trÚs courte distance à pied de la plage. La chambre principale a un lit King size. La chambre d'hÎtes dispose d'un lit queen-size ainsi que d'un lit double. L'unité est PET FRIENDLY. Il y a un parking devant l'unité. Pas d'attente pour les ascenseurs. La cuisine est entiÚrement meublée avec tous vos besoins de base.

Great Condo!

Our family loved our stay at SA2 Portside! The owners are so responsive and positive, and the location feels very safe. We love that it is close to Thomas's and to Pier Park and more! We highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation!

We loved this property and location. It was close enough for the teens to have things to do without being right in the middle of all the congestion. Winn Dixie was walking distance and so were many other shops and convenience stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Close Condo

The location was the best thing about the condo. It’s great for a small family and they accept dogs which is the biggest plus. Could use a little more communication from the owner and more information on check in and costs
. There was an extra $1k in fees not associated with the rental cost plus 50 per car to park. Other than that it was a great place to rent.

Great location

Location was great. The pool is so close it feels like it’s in your backyard. The beach access is literally right across the street, beach access #71 if you wanted to see exactly. Everything as far as the kitchen goes is great. However, this place is a bit dated and needs some TLC. Not a lot, easy things that would take a handyman a day to fix. This would not effect us from renting this property again.

Great location!

Condo is so close to the pools, hot tub and beach. It’s mostly quiet. Pet friendly which was very helpful. Owner has remodeled bathrooms. Floors are vinyl plank. We did a bit of cleaning and laundry when we arrived. Cleaners could do a better job. Overall our stay was great once we settled in. The owner was very helpful and brought new beach chairs since we couldn’t find any in the unit. He also helped with the door code when we arrived. Very easy to contact. We would stay here again!

2022 Panama City BEACH

The upstairs rooms were hot at night. Could not change the temperature on the thermostat owners had it set at 70 was very hot. Never rent a home with the thermostat lock. I have a beach home I rent and we don’t lock the thermostat. Other than that it was great location. Everything you need for a great trip. Thank you for letting us rent your home we put everything away and swept the floors. To make sure we didn’t leave dog hairs. Thank you again.

Great stay. Just what we needed.

Wonderful experience. Owner let us move in early thankfully. Couple minor things: owner should hire new cleaning crew and should list additional expenses in the listing (parking and pool access). Regardless, the place was great. The location was the best. We had a perfect time.

Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the property pool and public beach access. On the West end of the beach which is much quieter for family fun than further East where singles and young couples tend to be. Well stocked kitchen. Pictures are accurate.

Another family vacation at Portside

My family loves to stay at Portside. Great location and amenities. This is where we we stay every year. The property manager was great, we arrived early and contacted him about checking in early and he made it happen. This particular unit was not the the best unit we have stayed in though. Floors were not swept nor mopped. Home needs a good cleaning crew to do a deep clean. Fixtures and appliances need replacing and installed correctly (door handles, dishwasher, outlet plate covers ect...) Unit is in a great location, being that it is so close to pool and beach access. We are a pretty laid back family and will continue to stay in portside, but maybe not this particular unit. To whom it may concern give this home a little elbow grease and a little investment dinero, and the home would great.

We had a great time even though it rained the whole time from the tropical Storm. We were bummed about not being able to get in the ocean and we had to cancel our boat rental. We made the best of the trip. This place is across the street from the beach, next to 2 pools & a hot tub. Had minor communication issues through email but they were resolved once i called by phone. Place is clean. I would stay here again.

The location of this property is phenomenal!!! Great access to pool and easy walk to beach. We loved it!!! It was a calm property. No crazy going on!!! Office was also easy to work with. Property manager was on top of the emails and questions. Garbage disposal needs to be repaired. We would stay in this unit again!!!

Great location!

This property is in a great location. I’ve stayed at Portside Resort several times over the years and we always enjoy it. This unit is right beside the front pool and it’s super close to the beach (across the street). The property owner was great to work with! They are very responsive and helpful. The only thing is that the condo needs a very thorough cleaning. It wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. But we were at the beach, so that was easily overlooked! I would recommend this property!!
