The Perch, the upper (main cottage) level of Heron House, is located in a quiet neighborhood at the less crowded west end of Panama City Beach. This location is far enough away from Pier Park and 30A to avoid the crowds, but it is just a short drive to these popular locations and many more! This relaxed beach house has been fully updated in a way that preserves its vintage charm. You will also be 0.2 mile or 1.5 blocks from the sugar sand beach of Laguna Beach. With the golf cart provided for FREE, it takes just moments to get from the house to the beach. You will find that this cottage has vintage charm with all the modern conveniences to make your stay one to remember. You will sleep on all new mattresses and enjoy the newly updated furnishings and calm relaxing vibes provided by the updated decor. You can dine and make family memories on the huge deck with seating for 6. Kitchen amenities, sand toys, beach towels, and (4) beach chairs are all provided, so that you don't have to worry about the small details. Just bring your swim suit, a cold drink, and sunblock and you will be ready to embark on a relaxing day at the beach. The upper unit is completely private and separate from the lower unit which is being used as a long term rental.
Note: 1st floor unit is occupied by our maintenance manager (single man in his 80’s) and is not a vacation rental. He is is happy to help if you need anything, but will otherwise keep to himself. The golfcart and backyard are for your use only. They are not shared.
