Wonderful site for our family gathering! Beatiful view, secluded, quiet. We saw 2 bald eagles, lots of birds. Plenty of room to spread out, play games, and visit. Guests had to set GPS to the estate's name (not the street number) or they overshot the entrance.Host was very responsive to our change in plans.Would recommend to others.

Absolutely fantastic place. We had a large group in town for a 14u softball tournament. With 8 bathrooms and a ton of bedrooms this house was perfect. Tons of room for everyone to have their own space. Had everything we needed to cook meals. I would 100% stay here again. Communication was great as well.

this was the best place we have ever been to on our golf vacations. we’ve been doing this for 25 years or so in many different states. the cleanliness was impeccable. furniture is either new or cared for greatly. appliances were also new or almost new. so many rooms, layout was great. kitchen has everything a cook could need and we have a few people that like to cook and can do it for many people. the view in back was astounding. so relaxing. we often talk about coming back to an area to play golf, but we want to do it from this house again. it was perfect. thanks for letting us stay.mcg

This house was perfect to host multiple families. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other and there were multiple living room areas so the kids and adults could have their own space. The house was super clean and well equipped with EVERYTHING! Also, Karen was very responsive and helpful! Hope to return one day, we love South Point!
