This property was perfect for our annual 8 man golf trip. The house and property is in great shape and located close to everything you need including restaurants, grocery stores, beer and liquor stores and beach access. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate with, responds very quickly and check-in was a breeze. I would recommend this property as a vacation rental.

We loved the location being off a main street. The house was more of a “home”… it was so nice to “feel at home” as soon as we got there!!! Super clean; plenty of space; and so many nice touches! Wonderful vacation - clean home with plenty of space an amenities

A great location, very close to the beach and short walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. The home has plenty of space, was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect last minute getaway

This house is in a great location between the beach and the fun activities/restaurants of fenwick. Lots of parking and plenty of beds! The owners were helpful and responsive too. We hope to rent this house again next summer!

Great Vacation

The big yellow house was perfect for us. Great location for a young family and a family reunion. The beach is gorgeous with lifeguards. The water was perfect as was the weather. I definitely would recommend staying here! Thank you Brigitta for being a great host.

wonderful family stay!

My family of 14 stayed at this beach house for a week in June and had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the large family rooms and the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was how close we were to the beach :) Brigitta was so helpful and communicative. Will def stay here again if we get the chance!

Great family vacation

Our family group has had a summer vacation together for over 30 years. We have stayed at many nice properties on the bayside so this was a special treat being Oceanside. The house was wonderful and accommodated our large group very well. Also we were next door to another group of family members. Great location and very close to everything. Highly enjoyed our stay.

Great house in Fenwick

You can probably throw a baseball across state lines into ocean city from this house. The house was immaculate, has plenty of room for large groups, and the property manager was great.

Multi generational vacation in Fenwick Island

The house was beautiful and we loved the amenities and surprises left for us by the owner. The house accommodated grandparents, siblings and spouses and our kids. We all had a very fun week at Fenwick Island!

The big Yellow House

The big Yellow house was beautiful. It was well kept and very clean The kitchen had an abundance of items My husband, my 3 sons, their wives, my 7 grandchildren and I stayed there over our Thanksgiving vacation. Having been going to OCMD since 1968 this has been one of the best place we have stayed. We would stay here agao

Great Experience at the Big Yellow House

This property is in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants and any easy walk to the beach. The house was terrific with ample parking and was very clean. The owner/property manager communication was excellent with very clear instructions ahead of our stay The owner was very attentive during our stay with any concerns/questions addressed immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Fenwick Island/Ocean City Maryland.

Beach perfection

Everything about Brigitta's beach house was excellent. The location is perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is extremely well-equipped, and it was impeccably clean. Brigitta is super responsive, and she answered all of my questions clearly and quickly. We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend, and this was largely due to her wonderful house!

Fantastic find!

We loved this big yellow house! It was absolutely perfect for our party of 9. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the bedrooms are a good size and the common area is nice and open. Lots of parking spaces. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is fantastic!! Less than a block to the beach, easy walk for food, water park, go-karts. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

Fantastic

Beautiful house very close to beach, walkable to several stores and restaurants. Easily housed our three families. Communication with owner was amazing, including an immediate reply to a question posed after 10pm. And I love the labels everywhere. :) We will definitely stay here again!
