Condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec place de stationnement sur place et terrasse privée. Animaux acceptés avec porte pour le pont fourni. Cuisine, salle à manger et salon spacieux. La cuisine est entièrement meublée avec toutes les commodités, y compris un nouvel ensemble de casseroles et poêles en céramique, ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, verrerie, tasses à café, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit double et de lits superposés jumeaux ainsi que d'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour des couchages supplémentaires. L'unité peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. De nouvelles moquettes et de nouveaux lits superposés en bois ont été installés dans les chambres. Laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser inclus.
Il y a la télévision par câble dans chaque chambre et salon. Wi-Fi gratuit inclus.
À seulement 4 pâtés de maisons de l'océan et à la fin du tramway et du bus Boardwalk. De nombreux restaurants locaux, vélo, location de scooters, parc aquatique Jolly Roger, mini-golf et autres divertissements à distance de marche. Profitez des chevaux, de la faune et de la nature de l'île d'Assateague à 20 minutes. Beaucoup de sports nautiques, pêche et golf dans la région.

Airshow approved
Just stayed the night to see the airshow. Place was just as nice as advertised. On a dead end street so super quiet and relaxed. Property manager was great and let us know when the place was ready, before check in time! Property well maintained and clean as could be. Location is right off the end of the OC boardwalk and convenient to everything. I’d stay there again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable & Affordable in a Great Location
Our unit was clean, quiet, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We had a parking space in the lot attached to the building, instead of on the street, which was also nice. It is in a great location for the places/activities in OC that we wanted to go to. It was just what I needed for our family of 7 :)

Convenient location and having 6 beds and 2 bathrooms was great for our extended family but I missed the listing details instructing us to bring our own bedding, towels, TP and kitchen soap. Communication and check-in was great.

Perfectlong weekend location
We stayed Friday-Sunday with a family of 6 (including 4 young adult kids). The location was perfect! Within walking distance to boardwalk, beach, mini golf, restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable and communication with Annmarie was some of the best ive experienced through VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a great time at Annemarie's place! She was very helpful and diligent with communication. We were able to check in early and spend a little more time at the place. Despite rain over the weekend, we had an amazing trip!

Professional host! Excellent communication!!!
We were able to enjoy Ocean City and come home to a condo that felt a little bit like home. The rooms, kitchen and family room were all clean which is exactly what we needed. I absolutely would stay here again. 7-11 is 1 block away along with Happy Jacks breakfasts which was excellent.

Overall the place was very nice. Some of the plates and cups were not completely clean which wasn’t a big deal. The one major drawback we had was that the one shower seemed to have mold growing around the bottom of it. We only stayed at the property for one night so we weren’t too concerned, but if staying for longer it could be of larger concern.

Nice unit! As advertised: close to beach, restaurants, boardwalk. Annemarie communicated in a very timely fashion and was great to deal with. Only stayed for a night but would definitely consider staying again!

Quiet yet close to everything.
The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk to the beach. The front porch was lovely, suitable seating area for the morning tea. Aanmarie was very responsive to our requests. It is pet friendly.

Responsive But Very Disappointed…
We booked this condo to attend our daughter’s dance competition at the convention center which was less than 5 minutes of a drive away. The beach was also in walking distance which made this an ideal location. Unfortunately, the pictures don’t quite show the unexpected things we experienced during our stay. The couches were extremely dirty to the extent that we had to purchase sheets from Walmart to cover them in order to feel comfortable sitting on them. The first bathroom had a leak from the vent a couple of days in to our stay. The second bathroom contained mold on the wall in the shower as well as the entire unit had a very unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, there were ants in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. When initially booking, we looked at the first few reviews which were all rated great so we proceeded to book. After going back to reviews left by others a couple of years ago, the couch issue was supposed to get addressed but apparently hasn’t. The odor was also mentioned previously… The host was very pleasant to deal with but this property has to have these things addressed. Saying they will be addressed in the reviews but failing to do so is unacceptable and disheartening. I really hope things will change as this really is a beautiful place to stay if these things are addressed.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The condo is in an ideal location on a cul-de-sac within 4 blocks to the beach and south end of the Boardwalk. There are at least 12 restaurants within walking distance as well as places such as Fractured Prune, 7 Eleven, Old Pro Miniature Golf and Jolly Rogers .
The unit is spacious and new bedroom carpeting has recently been installed. There is a private deck as well as a back yard for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a family or group get-away. All you need to do is bring your own bed linens, pillows and towels. and towels.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a front deck with a custom hand-made bench and table as well as deck chairs. There is a family size picnic table in the back yard, a grill and plenty of room for yard games. Each unit is assigned a spot for one vehicle in the parking lot but there is plenty of free parking on the street.
