Hi Gary, thanks for being a repeat guest with us at BeachCrest! While we are happy that you found the unit safe and accommodating, we are sorry to hear that we let you down in the areas of cleanliness and property condition. Please note that the maintenance issues highlighted in your review have all been addressed as such they should not be present for future stays! Your comment regarding the wall paint have been passed on to the proper parties. We have also taken your comments regarding the bedding into account. We truly do our best to maintain these properties but we do falter from time to time. We thank you for providing us with this feedback, we can assure you that the necessary checks and changes have been made to ensure a better beach vacation experience for all moving forward. Please note also that we are always here to assist our guests as such if these issues had been brought to our attention during te stay; we would have happily sent back our cleaners to the unit and our maintenance team to address the maintenance issues. Trudy, Thank you for staying with us in this wonderful beachfront complex. We're sorry to hear that the interior of your unit did not meet expectations, but we have passed along your feedback to the proper departments in hopes it will encourage some TLC! We appreciate your concern and want to help clean up the beach here that we all pride ourselves on! At the end of most boardwalks, including the one here at Beachcrest, there are usually 1 if not 2 large bags that get changed on a daily basis. The vendor there at Beachcrest does their best to pickup any items that get washed up or left behind to help keep the beaches clean.
