BeachCrest est situé juste en face des magasins et des restaurants du Seagrove Plaza. | | Cette belle unité au rez-de-chaussée a une magnifique cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse / s��cheuse superposées pleine grandeur. Salle de bain principale a une douche à l'italienne. Vous pouvez également profiter du foyer électrique dans le salon. Ce condo est situé à côté de la terrasse de la piscine, mais a toujours une belle pelouse juste à côté du patio.

Great aray

The front bathroom door was off the track before used, but the rental company was accommodating to the issue and took care of everything.

The location was nice because you are on the beach so you get private access. There is a small pool which is nice. The building is old. They definitely tried to update the condo. When you walk in it is nice. But the floors are so dirty. We all wear sandals or flip flops but my almost 2 year old was barefoot and his feet looked like they were covered in soot. I liked being on the ground level and so close to the beach. But we also had quite a few bugs in the bathroom. Those little millipede looking bugs. One last thing, the washer and dryer are tiny. I washed constantly. Maybe 3 towels fit well. It's not bad but there are better out there.

I loved the house but this condo is beach front, in a less crowded area and had everything we needed. For convenience and comfort, this is the place to stay!!

Spring Break '24

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was fine for a somewhat last minute reservation. Good location. Great to have two beach chairs! Clean and updated. Property management was easy to work with and the check-in process was awesome. First floor was nice, but no view to the beach/gulf. However, here is why only three stars: smelled just a bit musty (and a little like paint) so bought a candle which did the trick, minimal hangers, master bath shower door doesn't work great, ceiling fan remotes not in right place, fridge door should open in other direction, no cleaner, no salt/pepper, no kitchen shears, no whisk, no hand towel rack in master bath, no screen door in living room (but there is one in master which is great so you can hear the gulf!), paper towels and toilet paper were the cheapest you can find. Sharpen these things up and this place could be very good.

The location can't be beat with kids - we had our toddler napping in the room with our older son swimming in the pool, and we could sit on the patio and see both. The property was clean, but it could be updated slightly - there are some signs of wear and tear. We couldn't hear the people above us, which was nice. Overall really enjoyed our stay!

Extremely Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was dirty, bugs in bedroom, humidity in unit was terrible. Very musty smell throughout. Mirrors along living room wall looked like you got out of shower because they was all all fogged up do to humidity. Furniture also felt damp and clothes wet after sitting on sofa. Could not access facilities out sliding door part of week because of equipment used to work on upper outside. Could not take anymore and left early. Have stayed several times and recommended to others. Will not stay again.

Manager was terrible. My sons checked in before we got there and all went good and easy for that. My boys are 18 and 16 and we were at the grocery store getting food and drinks and they were unloading and listening to music and whoever was next to them told them he was gonna get us kicked out and gonna fight them. Rented it for 5 nights and got kicked out in 1 night with no refund. Again it’s the manager of that place everything else was good about it. We got a place in Watersound and had a great time anyway with 0 problems.

Wonderful beach front property

Nice property and great location. Nicely stocked kitchen and just steps to the beach. We didn’t use the pool but it’s always nice to have one especially if you have young children. We rented kayaks and that was a blast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Steps from your unit to pool and beautiful beach. Floors and dishwasher need to be cleaned better. Fast response from office when asked to mop floors again. After watching them mop I feel the problem is more with what they use to clean vs actually cleaning. Felt like you needed to wear shoes inside unit at all times. Overall though this was the perfect location. Had a wonderful time!

Ground floor very convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had the perfect amount of room for our stay. The ground floor made the vacation very easy for coming up and down from the beach. The unit was tidy, and “clean” up to most peoples standards, but I still felt the need to wipe and disinfect everything as I could tell the cleaning company had just done a general tidy up of things. Unit needs new coffee maker. Mold was growing in place where water grows and it looked to be very old. We went out and bought a new one for our stay. Washer and dryer is mini size, you can only fit 1 towel in washing machine. Overall the condo is in a great location and is nice, just know you might have to bring some of your own cleaning supplies to make sure everything is disinfected.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was the most convenient beach trip I’ve ever taken, especially considering we had to one-year-olds with us. I wish the kitchen had been a little more stocked, But other than that we were very comfortable. Would still definitely recommend.

Lovely location

Convenient for social distancing with easy access to beach and amenities. Nice outdoor area with furniture— grassy areas and views. Condo was mostly quiet even with ground floor location. Kitchen is well equipped but needs newer coffee maker.
