We are sorry that your wife has a medical condition which caused you to make the decision you had to leave. In these situations we will always try to offer to come back and clean when we are alerted right away. We did offer to do just that but when that offer is declined it makes it becomes a difficult situation. We do know that there are times when we fall short - after all - Covid or no Covid we are all still human. But we do want every guest to have an amazing experience while visiting our gorgeous beaches! If the clean is not quite perfect then let us know right away and we will do what we can to make it better.
