Great beach access

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful trip. We were not told prior to our arrival that there was construction happening next door. It appears that it is almost finished— does hamper west porch view; and did increase dust in condo. The staff was quite helpful; we needed a clean blanket and king sheers for sofa bed (they were in blue ziploc bag in the hall).

A15 is a lovely 3rd floor condo. Great views of the ocean, beach, and sunset! The place is clean and comfortable. The only negative was the next door construction site literally feet away from us - quite a bit loud at times that we weren’t able to sit on the balcony. But this won’t last forever and nothing the condo owner can do about it. Just wish we would have been forewarned.

Very comfortable

Wonderful location, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view. You are in walking distance to Cowgirl Kitchen, Seagrove Market, Surfing Deer & Seaside. Perfection!!

Lovely condo. Fabulous view

Lovely, clean updated condo in a great location. We spent 2 weeks at the Palms. We loved being right on the beach and couldn't get enough of that fabulous Gulf view. We walked into Seaside every morning to get a paper, read on the balcony or on the beach, road bikes down the bike trail and just relaxed.

Fantastic Views

My husband and I stayed here for our week away. The condo is a 3rd floor end unit (no elevator). The views are fantastic! Everything has been updated and was very clean. Check in was easy with no issues. Beach is beautiful and clean. Love this place! I was certainly not ready to return home when my week ended! I would absolutely rent this place again.

Summer 2020

This condo is great! The location is amazing with just a few steps to the beach. The updates are nice and everything was clean. My only recommendation would be a keyless front door entry. It would be nice to not have to keep up with an actual key while at the beach. Other than that we had the best family vacation and can’t wait to return next year!

Unbeatable value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unbeatable location and beach view. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, very spacious for 1 bedroom. I would love to stay here again for the rate we booked! My only complaint is that there was hair in the bathrooms in multiple places on arrival - in soap dishes and around edges of the tub and shower. Easily fixed with a quick wipe down. Everything else was clean. No place to store food as cabinets were full and pantry was locked.

Good and Bad

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good: We got in early and the condo management folks worked hard to get us into the condo a little early. The balcony view is the best! Location is great.Bad: Living room couch is not very comfortable. Very little to nothing in the way of soaps, dish and clothes wash stuff supplied (I know it's not mandatory, but other places I have stayed typically supplu at least a few small packs etc. You're expected to wash your dished in the dishwasher so you have to go out and buy a full box for one load). Saw a couple of roaches. Chairs supplied for beach use are rusty and pretty nasty.

Seagrove vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental property was a okay experience, but I did have a few items that made our trip less than perfect. First thing, there was a large construction project right next door to our corner room that was not in the property description, the view from our deck was definitely affected by this project. We arrived on a Saturday so know one was working at location but buy Tuesday morning, we woke to hammering and saws around 7:30 am. If I would have known that there was construction project right next door, I would have looked for a different property. Also, when we arrived to the condo, we found a dirty towel and the floor was not clean, also we found someone's personal lubricant left on the night stand behind the lamp. The condo doesn't have an elevator which we did know about prior to booking, however the stair case was dimly lit and due to the rain showers it was pretty slick in some areas. The location was great for this area and other guest were friendly so we did enjoy our stay. The management company answered all my questions but I do think the property could have been much cleaner. I can't say I would recommend this property until the next door construction project is completed. I have rented numerous places on VRBO and some of been great and some have been a disaster, I would rank this one in the middle. Thanks

Underwhelming

First thing to notice was lack of furniture in living area. No coffee table or other small table. One large couch and 2 chairs on opposite side of room. No rug or decor in living area. Cheaply decorated for price of unit. First time I've been to a unit where the kitchen pantry was locked up for owner. Therefore a serious lack of storage space. No detergent to run dishwasher. Clothes dryer didn't dry the load (2 towels and 2 swimsuits). Overhead lights were inoperable over each shower/bath. Underwhelming experience.

The perfect Gulf view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this condo 4 or 5 times and have never been disappointed. It's all about the view! And the kitchen is really beautiful and functional. We get our seafood at Shrimpers or Goatfeathers and cook.Someone in a previous review complained about the bed - I found it just fine. It's a firm spring mattress. The furniture is a little tired but I'm not there to enjoy the decor. Be aware this is on the third floor, no elevators and we are not sure we can stay in this apartment again but I'm sure Gary at Seagrove on the Beach can find us a lower floor with a great view when we're ready. Also, there's no way to predict weather or red tides, which we had this time. But we still had a few great days on the beach and enjoyed reading and tucking in on the rainy days. A rainy view is still a beautiful view. :-)I highly recommend this condo and this property.

Quick relaxing getaway.

We were told we could check in at 4:00pm, we arrived at almost 5:00pm. We punched in the code door opens and the cleaning person was still preparing the room. It was a little awkward when we 1st arrived, we asked if we could look over the place for essentials that we may need, we were granted permission and did so. She said she had been injured in an ATV incident and she was running a bit behind. We explained that we would go to the store and be back in an hour or so. We returned with groceries about an hour & 20 minutes later. She was still not finished and had called in additional reinforcements to help. We asked if we could put the groceries away, I made a couple cocktails, we went out on the balcony while they finished. We had a great view of the water from the balcony. Condo was clean, organized and comfortable. The table top and bar chairs could use a replacement set but, there were two other chairs and table that were perfectly fine. We will absolutely return for another great week soon. Once we were done and back at the airport, I noticed a message from the day we arrived around 5:00pm, on my phone from management and to give them a call, I’m sure it was to warn me that they needed additional time to clean. We never needed management and just enjoyed our vacation.

Magnificent Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Palms A-15 has an amazing view of magnificent Santa Rosa Beach. We loved the end unit on the third (top) level with windows on the side and the front lanai. The porch/lanai furniture are basic and should be replaced. Super clean unit, nice living space. Living area & furniture adequate except the broken recliner that has to go. There were NO provisions (extra trash bags and toilet paper) and suggest that a basic comfort package be provided (trash bags, toilet paper, tissue, salt/pepper). Great location along 30-A. We would consider coming back and would recommend A-15 to our friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to this same unit for the past few years and it never disappoints! This year we went just as a tropical storm was coming through. We didn’t let it ruin our stay though! We worked on puzzles that were in the unit and watched the eye of the storm through the windows. The location of this unit is the best in the complex. It’s on the corner, top floor, so you get a great view of the ocean! The unit itself has a fully equipped kitchen which is a great bonus. We’ve stayed places where there’s just the basics so being able to fully utilize the kitchen is great for this cook! The management company is very prompt if ever an issue arises. We’ve already booked our next vacation here for next summer!

This unit's furnishings need to be updated inside and on the balcony. The wall decor is dated. The mattress was terrible. We hope to stay here again in the future after this united is updated.
