There are a few instances in which our guests have to pull the door towards them while entering the door code as the doors sometimes tend to have a deadbolt, whereas in other cases the code does not work at all due to technical issues beyond our control. We are happy the representative was able to assist you by providing a new code; however we are sorrry that you did not have a good customer service experience.
