Hidden Dunes Cottage 182- Cottage Breeze

Cottage Breeze is a peaceful Destin cottage located in beautiful Miramar Beach, Florida. It is a lovely first floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach condo in luxurious Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort, located a five-minute community walk from the beach on property.

Hidden Dunes is a 27-acre family-oriented gated resort, located on the Gulf of Mexico, with one of the longest stretches of deeded beach access on the Emerald Coast. Hidden Dunes boasts all of the amenities you could every wish for, including two pools, two Jacuzzis, six award winning clay tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, corn hole, manicured walking paths, and a gazebo with picnic tables over-looking the lake.

Our cottage provides everything you and your family are looking for on your next vacation. The unit is decorated with relaxation in mind. The colors are peaceful and beachy - just the right feeling for you to settle into a home away from home. The screened in porch is the absolute perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee/tea or wind down with a book or cocktail after a long day on the beach. Breakfast, lunch, or drinks can be served straight through the kitchen window to the porch. Just outside the screened in porch you’ll find the community grills and fountain. The fountain provides a truly serene and peaceful backdrop. Follow the fountain a few steps around to the closest pool and Jacuzzi!

The unit is fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and every kind of dish, pan, glass, and utensil you can think of to make a yummy meal at home. There is a washer and dryer right in the unit as well as trash bags and all basic cleaning supplies. We also provide towels, linens, a pack and play, beach toys, family board games, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easier than ever to pack for the beach.

Cottage Breeze is a perfect place for you and your family to enjoy a quiet resort style vacation just minutes away from everything Destin has to offer. If you enjoy shopping, the Silver Sand Outlets are less than a mile away!

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Dunes! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness by the security guard, which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The property manager was fantastic—quick and clear communication made everything seamless.Our cottage was ready earlier than expected, which was such a pleasant surprise. We were able to check in early and enjoy some bonus time at the pool and beach! The pools and hot tubs were a huge hit with our kids, and the beach being just steps away made it easy to soak in the sun and sand throughout the day. The basketball courts also got some good use during our morning workouts.The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had very comfortable beds. Its location within the property couldn’t have been better—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed.Destin truly has our hearts, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely

We had a nice stay in Destin with family. The place is bigger than it comes across in the photos, and while we had a couple hiccups, the host was a good communicator. The garbage disposal was dead when we arrived and wasn’t fixed during our stay, so that was a bummer. But besides that, beds were comfy, the location was great, and the beach was lovely despite rain.

Better than expected

The condo, was very clean, great communication. They supplied everything even a box fan. The beach was walkable even with my 2 toddlers. My son loved the catch and release pond. Great location for everything. I would highly recommend staying here.

wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean and adorably decorated in calming beachy colors and comfortable furniture. We had all the supplies we needed. The kids had a wonderful time using the two pools, the playground and basketball courts. The beach access is was easy to get to and boasted cool white sand, and emerald waters. We enjoyed walking there every night to watch the sunsets. We definitely want to come back!

Wonderful Stay!

Recently our family of 6 stayed at cottage breeze in hidden dunes and it exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the lanai and the beachy decor. The grounds are beautiful and our kids loved the nearby basketball courts, pools and very easy walk to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our daily walks around the community and having the grill nearby for easy cooking. We’d love to stay again in the future!

Relaxing Weekend

Our family has been visiting Hiddens Dunes for a decade or more and I love how Allison has given their condo a fresh touch up with decor and such without losing what we love so much about Hidden Dunes cottages: the beachy, laid back feel. We had a wonderful time and Allison was very helpful whenever I had a question.
