Pas 1 mais 2 cabines dans la forĂȘt de Hiawatha

Cette cabine est appelée le nid de Kro.
Aux quatre saisons, il y a quelque chose Ă  faire! Vous pouvez skier, faire de la motoneige, conduire votre VTT ou cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte le long des nombreux sentiers damĂ©s. Beaucoup de sites Ă  visiter comme Picture Rocks, Glass Bottom Boat Tours et de bons endroits pour manger. J'ai deux cabines entiĂšrement meublĂ©es qui sont cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte. Ils ont tous deux deux chambres, salle de bains, salon et cuisine meublĂ©e. Je fournis les draps pour les lits et les serviettes pour la salle de bain. Chaque cabine peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Si vous avez une fĂȘte pour plus, vous auriez besoin des deux cabines

Steve was very nice. I told him about an outside light that was not working and when we returned that evening the light was on. He gave us information about the area which was a great help.

Jewel in the Forest

We were in the UP to do some Jeeping. The cabin is set up very well for visitors with a full kitchen, clean bathroom, and nice living room area. The area outside the cabin is amazing. Great place to hang out.

Peaceful and secluded

This cabin reminded me of my childhood vacations, knotty pine and all, with the exception of the direct tv and fast internet.We had all we needed and Steve was easy to contact when we needed information. If you are looking for quiet, this is the place for you.

Great location, property & host

Steve's property was exactly what we were looking for in the Munising area. It is tucked into the woods, a beautiful, quiet place to relax, but also so close to Pictured Rocks, waterfalls, hiking trails, beaches, and only about a 45min drive to bigger, busier Marquette. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Comfortable living space. Comfortable beds. Steve was very helpful in offering information about the property prior to our very easy check in.

Cute cabin in the woods

This was just what we were looking for! A cute little cabin that provided us privacy and our own fire pit to have a fire at night. We had 4 adults and it fit us comfortably. Great communication with the owners. We left something important behind and they helped getting it shipped back to us.

House in the quiet forest

This cabin was just what we were looking for, a simple clean place to use as base camp as we explored the Munising, Picture Rock and Grand Marais area for the week. The house had everything we needed, with no frills. Conveniently located yet off the beaten path. Very peaceful!

Good spot for multiday trip to visit the Pictured Rocks

We spent 3 nights at Kros Nest cabin to visit the Pictured Rocks and to have peaceful nights after spending the days hiking and spending time at the beaches. 15 minute drive to Munising and the west end of the pictured rocks. The cabin had everything we needed and was a good place to relax after active days. Living room is set up nicely for when spending down time lounging and relaxing. Firepit is a nice amenity, but unfortunately rained most nights for us. Steve makes sure to give you all the information a few days before the trip. I wrote done most of the important info, but it would be nice if there was a check out list in the cabin itself.

Home base in the woods

I stayed here with my sister and her 3 teenage daughters. We had plenty of room for all to sleep, eat, and hang out. It is located a fairly easy (20-30 minutes) drive to Munising where we based most of our activities. The cabin has great TV and wifi connection, although we weren't there for that. There is plenty of cooking and serving equipment, and we even used the gas grill. Simple but sufficient bathroom. Very nice place.

This was the perfect getaway cabin: far enough from town yet close enough to enjoy all the fun Munising and the U.P. has to offer.

Pictures Rocks Base Camp

Everything we needed. 10-15 mins to town. Wifi was nice to have. Gas grill also a nice plus. My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was low, but the water was still hot even with the last of 4 people showering.

Very pleased and had a great time!

As it was just like last year the stay here was just what we were looking for once again. Off the main road and quiet, very well furnished and comfortable place to spend a weekend at. Will always look here when coming to Munising!
