À quelques pas de la plage! 3BR / 2. Complexe de condos 5BA Oceanfront

L'endroit parfait pour vos vacances! Condo très bien entretenu de 3 chambres 2 1/2 salles de bain avec vue sur la piscine. L'unité est idéalement située à quelques pas de l'ascenseur et à quelques pas de la plage. Asseyez-vous en toute intimité sur le porche isolé et protégé entouré par les dunes de l'océan couvertes par la forêt maritime et écoutez les vagues en savourant votre tasse de café le matin ou une boisson fraîche le soir! La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la seconde une pleine taille et la troisième un lit superposé pyramide (pleine en bas et twin en haut) avec un lit gigogne pour une chambre supplémentaire. Un pack n play est également disponible pour nos plus petits visiteurs. Chaque chambre et la tanière ont une télévision à écran plat. L'unité est équipée d'une entrée sans clé, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de garder une clé sur la plage.

Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines extérieures (une junior olympique) et des piscines pour enfants à chaque emplacement avec de nombreuses chaises longues. Des grillades peuvent être trouvées dans chaque bâtiment pour cuisiner votre steak parfait. Chaque accès à la plage (il y en a 2) a un pavillon couvert à l'extrémité avec des bancs pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Il y a une jetée latérale solide pour pêcher ou crabe ou pour lancer votre kayak ou votre planche à pagaie. Pour l'athlète, il y a 6 courts de tennis et des zones pour marcher ou courir le long de W Fort Macon Rd.

Le complexe en bord de mer est idéalement situé à Atlantic Beach à distance de marche des restaurants, des glaces, des magasins et même d'un magasin de producteurs de bière artisanale.

L'unité est non-fumeur et aucun animal n'est admis.

I would recommend this condo for a beach stay. The unit is a very short walk to the Atlantic Beach which is delightful. This beach with clear water and soft sand is incredibly clean. I will return to this beach. The area is a short drive to some great restaurants. The condo is decorated nicely and the owners are quick to respond with concerns. My only hesitation with the property is the internet is very slow and at times, did not work at all.

Great condo, great location

The condo was clean, bright, and spacious. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and there was plenty of hot water in the the bathrooms. The parking area was convenient and easy to use. The best part, of course, was the proximity to the beach. The wooden walkway to the private beach access is just a few steps away and leads to an uncrowded, beautiful beach. Mr. Sheppard is a great host and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental to anyone going to the Atlantic Beach area.

Beautiful, friendly people on site & neighbor’s. Green turtles hatched and we seen it. Amazing!!

The gate access to beach was stuck and difficult to use the whole time. Frustrating. Kids room sink water wouldn’t go down. Killed a cockroach. NC Aquarium excellent, and Ferry shuttle to Shackford Island, wild horses, and light house was great. Fort Macon tour and Maritime museum great. Overall amazing time. How does the deposit refund come ? We left it much cleaner than we found it.

We have personally confirmed the gate for the beach is working appropriately, and have made adjustments to the sink in the half bathroom to ensure the pop up drain is functioning correctly. Our unit is treated monthly by a pest control service, in addition to other steps, to try to ensure our guests' stays are bug free. We’re very sorry you experienced an incident otherwise, and we will work with our pest control and cleaning teams to take further action as possible. As you know, we have spoken directly regarding your question on a deposit, but will comment on this for the good of any other potential guests that may read the review. No specific security deposit is collected for a stay with us through VRBO. In the event that damages were to occur that require compensation, VRBO reserves the right to charge up to $250 to the card used for the booking. This condo had everything we needed and wanted except the view. We’ve stayed at the Island Beach & Racket Club 4 years in a row and this was the best unit yet. Closest unit to the steps, pool, and boardwalk to the beach we’ve ever had, the only thing lacking was a view of the beach from the unit & a working elevator. The unit had one of the largest balconies of any unit we’ve previously stayed in, was well decorated, but we wish was setup a bit better for Relaxing in front of the TV for late family movies. The staff was friendly and courteous, and wanted to ensure our stay was good. The unit had a great washer and dryer that was full-size enabling us to keep things clean without creating a workout due to its full size capacity and working condition. The price was a little high especially lacking the view, but made up for it some with its location. The unit has a well stocked kitchen also that will likely need some attention soon, as the doors and drawers are showing signs of significant wear but had everything we needed for the week and then some. While we were on sight a storm took out the elevator so being on the 1st floor was a blessing. In general this is also the only beach we’ve ever been to where we felt we could setup up our stuff and leave it without having to worry about someone bothering with our belongings, everyone we met was friendly and the location was centrally located for all of the area things we wanted to do. We’d stay again and go back today if we could.

Perfect Family Beach Condo

Our host made sure the condo had everything!! This stay couldn’t have been easier or more perfect. Steps from the beach and pool. A space for everyone - and we have 5 teenagers! We loved every minute of our vacation. Thanks to our Host, it was an effortless experience.

Great week away

We have stayed at the NC coast 3 times, and this has been my favorite rental of the 3! Perfect location to the beach and pool, with so many restaurant and entertainment options close by (DQ is across the street!). The owners were a breeze to work with, and provided a well stocked kitchen, lots of pool toys and chairs, even laundry soap and dishwashing liquid. My kids loved the window seat and screened in porch! I hope we can come back some day!

This place is definitely the place to stay if you are looking for a place on the beach with an affordable price. The owners were very kind and thought of everything from trash bags to toilet paper. This place is the best!!!
