L'unité à travers le couloir / à côté est la propriété commune, ce qui en fait une location possible de 6 chambres. Condo au dernier étage avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur la montagne / lac au Bernard's Landing Resort sur le lac Smith Mountain. Être rénové et mis à jour (sera prêt pour le printemps, mais sera différent des images). Le complexe comprend deux piscines extérieures, ainsi qu'un club-house avec une piscine intérieure, une salle de sport, un sauna, un hammam, un terrain de racquetball, des courts de tennis, de nouveaux terrains de pickle-ball et d'autres salles pour les rassemblements. De plus, l'unité donne sur l'une des deux piscines extérieures, ce qui permet de garder un œil sur les plus petits. 70 Acre Waterfront Resort, le premier restaurant de Smith Mountain Lake, "The Landings Restaurant", et Sunken City Tavern (Bar / micro Brewery) sur place avec musique live et terrasse. Deux (2) plages, et bien sûr les meilleures vues sur le lac Smith Mountain.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Comfy couch, comfy beds, has everything you need. Smith Mountain Lake is truly a beautiful place to recharge...would have liked to stay a bit longer.

Wonderful experience!

The condo was as described. Spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding, well equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the facilities. The tennis, pickle ball, gym and indoor pool kept three teens very busy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous Views

We so enjoyed sitting out on the deck and playing cards. The breeze was delightful and the views were breath taking. It was a girls weekend and so relaxing. Tried some of the restaurant suggestions and they were all good! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Spacious Condo, Great Location!

This condo is centrally located in Bernard's Landing - it's an easy walk to the pool, beach, clubhouse, marina, dining and shopping. It offers a beautiful view and lots of room for family. Upon arrival, we found the the condo was "reset" but not well cleaned. The owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

This property was well furnished furniture wise. It was not completely stocked with kitchen necessities, like sponges, dish towels, dish detergent, wraps, etc. It had plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. One problem that we had was not enough towels for the week. We were constantly washing and drying the hand towel (1), bath towel (1) for each person, (1) washcloth per person. I have stayed at some properties which had several towels and even provided beach towels for all. The cleaning crew could have improved their techniques. The scatter rugs in the bathrooms should have been washed before visitors. The toilet bowl was horrendous with old stains - needs to be cleaned or replaced. The 2 king beds were great and comfortable. The comfortable and sheets were exceptional, so we did get good sleep. They also provided a lot of usb hubs located around the rooms - very nice for this day and age. The furniture was very comfortable also. The washing machine and dryer was in the hall bathroom, which was a little awkward, but better than no w/d. The A/C worked well, but needed instructions. The Wifi worked well. The view was very good, and the balcony was used frequently. All and all, this was a very nice place. If you look around for necessities before you go to the store, you will still have a great time. This is also on the top floor, but we were able to all upstairs and downstairs quite a lot of time. Many more pros and cons, but that's all the time I have now. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Going forward, we will be including a check list of supplies needed and provided in order to better prepare our travelers. In regards to our toilets, here at Smith Mountain Lake, we have a very high iron count in our water. While our faucets have filters, the toilets bare the brunt of this mineral staining. They are not dirty, but require an additionlal process to remove these deposits which we do perform frequently. We will absolutley take a look and have our crew take care of that. The property had comfortable beds and a good amount of space. My suggestions for improving would be to have dishwashing pods and trash bags available. The cleaning service could also do a better job.

SML is beautiful!

Beautiful stay on the lake! Condo was very comfortable and accommodating. This condo could definitely use a deep cleaning (floors, carpets and dusting) and possibly a better cleaning service tending to it. I Recommend to bring your own bath towels and bath mats. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Family Vacation

We rented this unit based upon the proximity to other family members that own a place at Bernard’s Landing. We could not have been more pleased. The views of the mountains and lake are exactly what we were looking for. The unit was pleasantly decorated with lake decor and sufficiently stocked with everything for the kitchen. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids thanks to the upstairs loft. The kitchen was equipped well and the addition of the beverage fridge was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and furniture was well maintained. Not a far walk to the dock which we could see from the condo. Thank you for a wonderful SML trip!

Wedding and some R&R!

We highly recommend this condo it’s amazing m. The view of the lake, pool and mountains all in one. Maria was great with answering all my questions and making sure we were comfortable. Very easy process to check in and out too! We had a wonderful time at our nieces wedding then relaxing and enjoying the rest of weekend.

Great relaxing condo on the lake

What an amazing weekend getaway! The property is gorgeous and well-equipped! The community is super convenient and allows for many family activities! The beds and couches are super comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms is a huge plus with a group! Walls are a little thin for neighbor noise, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return in the future!
