The condo was clean, steps away from the beach, and a great value. Sheila was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend staying here.

Though property was slightly a little older than I thought, everything was neat and clean and cheerfully decorated. Very good accommodations and good view of beach from balcony. Sheila, the host, was outstanding in making herself available to help with booking or any question you may have. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful stay with awesome view. Owners were super responsive and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was neat and well cleaned. Shelia was great with contact throughout our stay as well. Kitchen had everything you would need and views were amazing!

Great place to stay!

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The only things I would recommend are ensuring the freezer has ice trays and putting the mattress to the couch on the floor (to make it more comfortable). The owner was great about communicating with me, the bed was so comfy and free beach chair rentals were great. I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful View

The best part is the view from the balcony of the beach and ocean. I would have rated a 5 but there are a few improvements/repairs of worn or damaged areas needed in the condo that I understand are in the works. Great communication with the owner and easy check in process.

Great Getaway

Came for a long weekend with family, Sheila was so communicative throughout every step. The condo is right on the water, not too much traffic, great location and amenities right on the property. Our only gripe were the elevators. They are in the process of being fixed/upgraded and the ones working are often crowded. Plan your in-and-outs of the condo accordingly or just take the stairs!

Cute, clean and well stocked

From the moment we booked this location, communication was happening and gave excellent details about check in/out process, things to do, places to eat, etc. We brought with us our normal supplies like coffee, filters, tea, garbage bag, dish soap, shampoo, etc., and it was all available in the condo. Didn't need to rent beach chairs either. Enjoyed our view in morning/evening on the balcony and having easy access right on the beach. Property is older, but still maintained well and space was clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. My fiancé has been there before! But for me an my kids it was our first time. I loved it and so did the kids.

Condo owner was very pleasant however condos were very old, breezeways and elevators were poorly functioning, and dirty, front desk employees were rude and not helpful at all. I would not stay at the condo community or recommend it to anybody

Christy, I’m sorry that you did not enjoy The Summit resort. I’m glad you clarified that you were not happy with the resort - because our unit is updated and beautiful! The resort itself is freshly painted, the lobby remodeled beautifully, the pools have been resurfaced, but yes, the elevators and the gym facilities need updating (both are in the works). The vast majority of my guests love the Summit! My guess is someone at the front desk upset you (you need to only talk with them at checkin), and that hung over your entire stay. I’m so sorry and wish that you had let me know.

Had a relaxing birthday weekend with my husband. This property was nicely furnished and location to restaurants and other stores was great. Beach view was incredible also!
