Be in A Beach Daze! W/ Amazing Panoramic Views!

With a uniquely positioned penthouse balcony, you can wake up to a breathtaking gulf view of the sunrise to get your day going, then relax with a sunset view over the gulf after a long day of play. Sunbird is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping, eating, playing, and most importantly steps away from the white sands of the emerald waters of the gulf.
*New tennis and pickle ball courts are coming! Pardon our dust!*

This unit is perfect for couples looking to get away or small families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to prepare and enjoy your meals. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and closet. There is a queen murphy bed in the living room, making sleeping much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa!

Beach service will be provided March 1 to October 31.
While there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, there is a newly refinished laundry room complete with app operated machines, so there is no searching for quarters!

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30 and the wristbands are $6 each.

I am easily reachable through the messaging system, but my phone number is provided and I am available for emergencies.

Close to eateries, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, fun, OH and the beach

Being centrally located you can walk to many shopping and activities. Beach Boys Shuttle, Uber, and Lyft are available

You must be at least 25 years of age to book and check-in.
*Long-term renters are recommended to use a PO Box for mail*

The unit accommodates only 4 people (including children of all ages) per HOA regulations. If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in and your money will not be refunded.

Beach view was amazing and eating at the table was excellent as it looked out to the ocean. Parking was good. Host was very informative. Clean room. Bathroom was small and as we are in our seventies we needed a grab bar to make our shower less stressful. The shower head was okay for me but my husband 6’7” was at a disadvantage. Faucet in kitchen needs looked at. We did enjoy our stay!

Accommodations are just as listed

Everything was as listed. Condo is well equipped and easy access. Located near many attractions. View from condo include beach views and Pineapple Willy's. We have stayed at the Sunbird in previous years and really enjoy the area. Staying during off-season is a great experience.

Good location, ample parking. Beach front with beautiful view, balcony with 2 chairs. Living room is very nice but the kitchen and bathroom need a serious cleaning. Bathroom tub and sink do not drain well. Bedroom is small with little space for clothes, paper shade on window does not keep light out and very poor air circulation.

Mini winter beach vacation

12th floor condo with a priceless view. Having drinks on the balcony in anticipation of an amazing sunset did not disappoint. Unit was clean and cozy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely book the condo again.

Very nice! Amazing views! The room was perfect and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Pineapple Willies is right next door which was really cool. Lots of drink refills :). Parking was easy and the elevators were always fast. The host was amazing and communicated everything clearly. Will definitely add this to the list of preferred places to stay in Panama City.

William, I am very perplexed by your review. You messaged me stating that you loved the place, and once stated all was well. I reached out to you several times during your stay to check on you and asked you if you needed anything and each time you had nothing negative to say. I wish that if you had any problems at all that you would have reached out so that any issues you had could and would have been resolved.

Highly recommend!!

Niki was an amazing host. She made she I had all the info I needed to check in. She does not do random pop ups or get into your business. I throughly enjoyed my experience in her condo and her customer service. I will be booking again in the future. *you will need cash to buy your wristband and parking pass to get into the complex. There is a ATM in there that they will let you use* The view is breathtaking. I don’t think I could have chosen a better place. The balcony is spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. The condo itself is beautiful as well. The tv has Netflix, YouTube, etc.. The bathroom is small but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The beds are on the firmer side but we still slept well. There is Wi-Fi, but it is spotty. But with the view there, you won’t even want to be inside glued to a screen. They had toys for kids as well. There was also a heated pool in the complex that you can see from the balcony. The location was great as well. We were right next door to Pineapple Willy’s and many other great restaurants and attraction’s. The traffic does get a little hectic because of the area, but we did go during spring break so could be the reason.

This was a great condo rental. We received excellent and thorough communication from the host concerning check-in, door codes, WiFi, etc. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make it our home for a few days. It's beach front, so lounging on the balcony and watching the waves roll in was a perk. I like having the gated, private parking lot because it's just one less thing to worry about while trying to have a relaxing getaway. We visit the Gulf Coast at least once a year and I absolutely recommend this condo rental and would certainly try to book it again for our next trip to PCB!

Air conditioning went out on day four of a five day visit. Master bedroom bed is worn out and is so deep sheets do not fit it so you have to adjust in the middle of the night. No curtains in living room so bright lights from Pineapple Willie’s prevent anyone from sleeping in the living room and keeps AC running all the time. Unit was clean, but floors were filthy. Could not even walk around unit barefooted. Bathroom fan makes rattling noise when running. Elevators kept breaking down. Only one worked for 144 units the last day.

Love the area

Condo was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was at my own house. One of my favorite areas in PCB…..everything you need with driving. Only thing is need to bring cash for parking pass and bands. The guards were very understanding and let me get them after I settled in.

Really nice and clean!

This was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in at the sunbird. Super nice, great view, quiet, and very convenient. The room had everything we needed and Pineapple willies is next door. You can literally walk to a waffle house a dip and dots or even Walmart. Beach service was great loved the chairs we will stay here again.
