We love this place! This was our second time booking here & everything is great. We love the fact of it being on the ground floor, makes everything so much easier with the little ones. Check in was a breeze, and communication with David is always super easy. Thanks again for another great vacation!

I walked in and was shocked how clean and neat it was. A huge king sized bed that slept very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed except the food. There was a bunk bed that any kid would love. The sliding doors open up to a playground. You have the pools you have the t¹iki bar with all the drinks. You won't be disappointed. Thr oDzvid ner was on top of everything.

The condo is awesome!! We had all the supplies we needed for the week. David was so easy to work with. Very nice and answered any questions I had. Sitting on the porch was great!! We could see the pools close by and the TIKI Bar. Easy access to the beach. We loved everything about this place!!

We had a great stay in Panama City Beach! The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The property was well maintained and comfortable. We loved being on the first floor, it made walking to the beach so convenient. We would definitely book here again!

The place was a great value for the price. The location was a nice area, and the spot by the beach was pretty empty (we stayed end of March). The Summit has a gate, where you have to wear your wrist band to get in, and felt safe the entire stay. Unfortunately, there was construction that was originally planned for February, but was delayed until the week of our stay. The scaffolding blocked our sliding glass back door entrance. David was very kind and flexible with the issue, and always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend David and the stay, just double check about construction.

This is a ground floor "walk- out" unit with a spacious patio and direct access to the pool decks & beach boardwalk. We could see the ocean from our patio, however, a better view of the ocean would be offered from any units on the 2nd floor and above. My wife has limited mobility, so needing an elevator would be a disadvantage for our needs. Plus, being able to park right outside the unit made loading and unloading easier. Our unit was very clean and well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen! We enjoyed spending time on the pool deck, drinking cocktails from the on-site "Tiki Bar"! Communicating with our host was very easy and he was very pleasant to talk to! I would definitely recommend this unit to anybody who would prefer a ground floor over a unit with a balcony.

We didn’t know it was construction going on at the property and we had a bottom floor so that we could walk out to the beach but the sliding glass door was shut with a piece of wood and red tap because they was working on the patio.the room was nice very comfortable clean but there was hardly any water pressure guess because of the construction going on.we had family that wanted to hand out with us and was told we caint have company unless they purchase a wristband when there was only gonna be there for a few hours so that was an inconvenience.nobody told us about that Eather.a good thing about this property a lot of places was walking distance lol that was a plus.but other then that ot was fun

Sorry we rented to them! Kept trying to bring unapproved quests amd get extra armbands. Rented 4 days only and were problems from them every day. The patio deck was being finished. They were aware and are upset because they could not sneak all kinds of people to the nice Resort with big pools and Beautiful beach area. PEEVY is a problem! Do not rent to them

Overall, our stay was great and exactly what we were told and expected! However, there was a little bit of work going on and some of pools were closed as well as the food! Not a big deal but was a bummer!

The location was great! Steps from the pool and beach. Lots of chairs and tables at the pool. Close to tiki bar. Ample parking. The sand was white and very soft. Host was very quick to respond and friendly.

The room is amazing steps to the pool steps to the grills, clean and comfortable. The space was more than enough for our family of four. The accommodations are what really set it above the bar we stay in a lot of short term rentals and prepare and bring lots of supplies, but this place had a full thing of dish soap, dish detergent, trash bags, the perfect amount of pans for any needs, Tupperware for leftovers. David was quick with responses to any questions we have. We’ve e stayed in a lot of short term rentals but I think we finally found our spot. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for having us!!!
