Craig House à Bradenton sur un petit lac privé prÚs de tout.

Situé à 18 kilomÚtres de la plage de Bradenton, à 30 minutes (15,5 milles) de l'ßle Anna Maria et à 12 minutes de l'IMG Academy. Notre maison est sur un petit lac privé. PrÚs des magasins et des restaurants. La place sera pour vous tous.

L'espace
De hauts plafonds, avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Nous passons la plupart de notre temps dans la salle Florida à regarder les canards ou au bord de la piscine. Baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale. Nous gardons notre maison d'une propreté impeccable pour nos clients. La maison est entiÚrement électrique et ne nécessite pas de détecteur de CO.

Toute la maison est disponible sauf le garage et le bureau. Lorsque vous arrivez et pour entrer, appuyez sur votre main sur le clavier noirci et appuyez sur les 2 chiffres qui apparaissent. Entrez ensuite votre code de porte. La porte se verrouille automatiquement aprĂšs 30 secondes.

Close to many great BEACHES!

Our families enjoyed staying at your home and we loved the pool and view of pond to relax after going to a different beach every day! House was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Had a great stay! The house was central to everything we wanted, beaches, shopping and restaurants!House was very comfortable. All amenities provided that you could need! Very responsive host when we had a question and really enjoyed the ‘beach room’ off of the lanai and pool.

Perfect Florida Getaway!

We loved staying at this nice little house, and especially loved the private pool next to the lake! The house and the property were very clean and well maintained! Nice neighborhood and only about a 30-minute drive to the beach.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

We had a very enjoyable stay while on vacation. We had fun in the pool but wished it could have been a little bigger. The neighborhood is very quiet. I would rent this house again in the future.

The property was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lake right behind the house. There were 2 big cranes that walked right up to us (after luring them with bird seed, lol)

Loved having the pool

Besides the convenience of having a pool right there, we felt we were in a safe neighborhood. We traveled quite a bit around the area--from Bradenton, to the outer islands (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key), to Myakka State Park and to Sarasota, and in particular, the Ringling Museum. Lots to do and see in this area, from nature to shopping to dining to beautiful beaches.

Perfect home for a winter getaway

Spent a long weekend at Craig House in March 2023. Perfect for the 2 of us- well equipped and nicely comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Small splash pool was perfect to cool off and relax. Neighborhood convenient to almost any store you might be looking for. Would definitely recommend this place - especially to seniors!!

Perfect stay

I loved this property. It had everything I needed and more. There were spices, a few dry goods, and condiments in the fridge. The pool was perfect for lounging on a floaty and a perfect temp. The house was close to a few different grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. It's also a quick 15 minute drive from the airport. I will definitely be back!!

Relaxation lives up to the hype

This is house was a winner from the moment we walked in the door. Clean, fresh, and bright describe our first impression. The pool was perfect for the well-needed relaxing and the decor was super nice. You can tell the owners put thought into details; from having a few incidentals for our use, including the plush bath towels, and beach things, to the comfortable beds are just a some of the things we enjoyed. We would recommend this house and host to others!

Home Away From Home

Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a car but we’re within walking distance to Walmart. Other excursions we used Uber. Pool was a great retreat after a hot day. Pantry was well stocked and recommend before going grocery shopping that you check what the pantry and fridge is stocked with. Overall we were very happy.

Great Place! Wonderful Florida Vacation Spot!

The house was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped - especially convenient was all the beach gear! So nice not to have to bring all of that - especially when guests are coming from a non-beachy area. We loved the heated pool and the pretty view of the pond! So relaxing! The house is in a perfect location for lots of adventures. Coquina Beach was our favorite beach - Just beautiful! We also enjoyed the downtown Bradenton market on Saturday - lots of great vendors! Hosts couldn't be nicer! Thank you Clifford!

Clean, convenient, and cozy!

Enjoyed our stay @ The Craig. Would recommend for adults or families. The house was stocked with all the things we needed for day-to-day living, and was even supplied with items for going to the beach. We were within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Loved our stay. The only disappointment: the pool was not actually warm (the owner explained the pool is heated by solar panels and is dependent on sunny weather for “heated” water), and we had a lot of cloud cover and cooler days. Overall, the house was fantastic. Clean, convenient, and cozy!
