Idéalement situé - à seulement quatre minutes de la I-75 (la
meilleure façon d'éviter les arrêts lents et la circulation sur votre chemin vers la zone
destinations). Tampa International est à 45 minutes en voiture,
Disney et Orlando 90 minutes et une demi-douzaine ou plus de grandes plages
sont moins de 20 minutes selon votre choix sur les plages - ils
tous ont leurs caractéristiques uniques et leurs points forts.
La grande chambre principale avec porte coulissante à la piscine a une
reine
lit, salle de bain principale spacieuse avec baignoire ovale, vanités jumelles et dressing
douche. Deux chambres supplémentaires ont des reines, la quatrième chambre a
deux lits jumeaux. La terrasse de la piscine avec
transats, barbecue, piscine chauffée éclairée (Chauffage conventionnel - Non
Solaire) est un écran fermé et dispose d'une véranda couverte avec table

Week in Florida
First let me say the house was very clean and the supplies left there was something we never had before and we’ve been renting over 15 yrs., so thank you to the owners! Much appreciated! But on a not so positive note, that house is extremely dated, decor, furniture, everything is so old! Living room furniture is beat and the rug is filthy! And no king beds, just full/queen beds. We got ants all over the kitchen counters and lost a bunch of food too! Place has a beautiful spot but needs a huge renovation! The lanai doors have permanent black mold on them.

Our first ever 3 week holiday a fantastic area and great property. No complaints on the property and owners family very helpful on 1 query. Some of the kitchen cupboards need a bit of fixing but nothing to change a score. Would certainly recommend

Pre Wedding Vacation
This house was beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood and located perfect for restaurants and shopping. The pool was excellent and well maintained. We were lucky enough to see manatees swimming in the river behind the property. Had all the amenities for fixing meals at the house. Very nice place!

Our Florida Trip
Overall this was a great property. The house was very spacious and clean. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved sitting in the pool area looking at the canal. One day we actually saw a dolphin swimming!! Maybe a touch of sprucing up in certain areas, but overall it was a great stay... Thank you .

Awesome location.
While the property is a little dated. The location, amenities and space more than compensate for this. We were there with our daughter and grandchildren and really enjoyed our stay. Planning to book for a month next year!!

suited our needs
We had a lovely time in Florida. The house suited our needs and was spotless! Yes the furniture was dated, but we had everything we needed. The owners were great with communicating quickly and even sent new beach chairs and an umbrella when inquired about. The pool was small but still refreshing to just float around and warm enough for our grand baby! The addition of a pack n play was very helpful also. The drive to the beaches was anywhere from 25-40 min depending on time of day, and trips to Siesta or St Armands were longer, but still worth going to, since that is where the better shopping and restaurants were. The neighborhood was nice enough to take morning walks around and publix was 5 min away!

Terrific week
We so appreciated our week staying here. The house was exceptionally clean. We particularly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and collapsable cooler available for our use as those are difficult to bring when arriving by airplane. The pool has sun nearly all day. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and close to a grocery. Kelly was very prompt to answer when we had a question. We will cherish the memories with good friends relaxing pool side and exploring Bradenton area a bit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice place for a family vacation
This house was a nice place for our family for the week. Great location, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and pool toys. The host was very responsive to all questions. It would be nice if a wall was installed in the "loft" bedroom to help with the noise from the living room.

Enjoyed the pool, happy they had lots of towels. Float mattress, noodles and tube. Very relaxing quiet neighborhood . Good access to grocery stores. Manatee beaches only 1/2 hr away they even had a cafe and bar. Perfect!!

Stay was great. Pool a big plus. Enough room and space for everyone. Was confused about the extra room with a queen bed that had no wall or door. This was misleading in the description. Would be great to permanently fix the room as a bedroom for more guests and privacy.

More than we expected. Stayed July 2022
My husband, 2 sons, MIL and Mom stayed here for a week in July 2022. I wish my husband would have been more clear about what this home included because I packed way too much. This home is well supplied with house towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, trash bags, any household items you will need on a daily basis. We were able to wash our clothes every day detergent was provided. The pool was a little chilly but not bad- thermostat said 76 however it was set to 89 when we got there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the host was fast and polite. It is a bit of a drive to the beach but not bad. Coquina was so beautiful!! We would absolutely recommend this home to a friend and return to stay again.

We like it quiet
This property was very clean and that is my first requirement, it is also well stocked with towels, which I will say when you’re using a pool and going to the beach is a big deal. The neighborhood is quite and we love that, whatever activity we do during the day I like quiet evenings. Again it was very clean, plenty of dishes and silverware, pool area is kept clean, I don’t have any negatives for this property. The Publix grocery is just a few minutes away as is a Walmart to stock up on items once you get there. Culver’s is maybe two miles, we enjoyed ice cream multiple evenings. It’s convenient to the main highway.
