Emplacement parfait. À quelques minutes à pied de la ville, du terrain de baseball, de la jetée et de la plage. La piste cyclable est juste en bas de la rue. Cette maison est remplie de charme et de chaleur. La maison a subi une rénovation majeure en 2019. Nouveaux appareils, nouveau bain. Étincelant de propreté. Grand plan d'étage avec deux chambres, une grande salle familiale et un grand espace salle à manger. Parfait pour une jeune famille ou un couple et un endroit merveilleux pour faire des souvenirs de Cape Cod.

This was our second stay at this property and we cant wait to stay again next year! The best hosts and home- it is clean, quaint and comfortable. Decorated so beautifully! The location is incredible, walking distance to town, the seals and Veterans Field. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely week in this Chatham gem -- our second time staying, but first in the summer. It's centrally located, close to town/ocean/bike path. And very clean/comfortable with a great new, sunny patio in the back!

Another wonderful stay at O'Sea!

This was our second stay at this property, and it was wonderful. The house is super clean and the location is so convenient -- an easy walk to main street, the baseball field, the pier, etc. We loved relaxing on the new patio. Hope to return again!

Mary's property was just as pictured and described. She was super accommodating to some last second questions and scheduled adjustments. The house was clean, the space was perfect for our family of 4 as a home base for a fun week on the cape. Walkable to downtown, local restaurants and the pier. Great Chatham Vacation Rental

We enjoyed our August 2024 stay! The home is well kept and very clean. The location was perfect for us with easy access to downtown Chatham and the baseball field. Great yard for relaxing. We would stay here again. Host is quick to respond.

Amazing week in Chatham

From the moment we walked in for our 2 week stay we knew it would be one we would never forget! Mary and Bernie are the perfect hosts - so welcoming and helpful! Every detail of this house shows the love and care they put into their property - they want to share Chatham and its beauty with their guests. Excellent stay in a great house.

This property was perfect. It was clean and well laid out. The location was ideal. It is far enough for peace and quiet but a 10 minute walk to downtown Chatham. We had 2 great weeks with no issues .

Lovely home in Chatham

This was our third time staying at this lovely house. We really enjoy the house and the neighborhood. From the house, it is a short walk to the baseball field, the downtown area and the lighthouse and beach. The house is in immaculate shape and the hosts are friendly and responsive. We loved eating our meals and reading in the beautifully maintained backyard. We hope to stay there again.

An All-Around Gem

Mary and Bernie are exceptional property managers. You could not find more accommodating or personal hosts. The property itself is terrific; in fact, the pictures don’t quite capture its charm. A quiet, peaceful, centrally located property that is perfect for vacation or a change of pace “work from home” location.

Beautiful Chatham property

A beautiful home-from-home in a convenient and peaceful location. The house was spotless and very well equipped. The garden and patio area were great for relaxing. It has everything you could need to enjoy a hassle-free family holiday. This was our third visit to Chatham and we love it. This property is an easy walk to the Fish Pier, Main Street, Veterans Field, and Chatham Village Market. We also walked to Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond Beach. Mary was a great host and was available with recommendations and suggestions for fun things to do locally with our daughter.We would love to visit again and stay here!

Charming Chatham Stay

We had the best week at O'Sea II. We have 3 boys 4 and under and this house was perfect for us. Driving distance to the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to the Chatham A's games/town/multiple playgrounds. The house was pristine inside and out. The O'Connors were excellent hosts and always very responsive to the few questions we had. We hope to come back soon!!

A polished and cozy house, right near Chatham center! We loved the proximity of this house to everything. Furthermore, the back yard and patio were great for outside time and family gatherings. There’s an adorable little cottage shed in the yard which is a cozy space to relax in or have as a little get away. We enjoyed this place the most out of any in a long time. Would definitely stay there again.

Quality everywhere with A+ yard

The home was in a great location. All appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware where of top quality. My wife and I are short people. The house made me feel big as I could touch the ceiling without getting on my tippy toes and I’m 5’4”. If I was over 6 ft, I think it may be a problem. Not a problem for my wife and I but it may be if you are tall. VERY, VERY, nice stay………

Location. Location, Location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this charming home that is walking distance to downtown Chatham! The home is situated right down the street from a beautiful park (key for anyone with small children), and was an easy stroll on sidewalks to downtown. Mary and Bernie were extremely responsive and were available for any questions. I would absolutely stay at this home again!
