For a family of five with three small children, this was a great accommodation. We use this as homebase as we had a rental car that we used to explore the great beaches in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Brent’s condo. Loved the in unit washer dryer. The condo was nicely renovated with all of the amenities you need including pods, shampoo, conditioner etc.. Lots of towels on site including beach towels were very convenient. The beach at the time was not accessible from this property due to high tide but we were able to walk to next property to access it so it wasn’t an issue. It’s a very close drive to Kaanapali as well as Napoli Bay. There is a shopping area across the road with some shopping and restaurants which was great. Beds were very comfortable and the lanai has a great view! Pool was nice and not heavily used. Also the bbq area was very clean. The property itself does not have a restaurant but as mentioned there are many options very close by. Brent was great and quick to respond.

Condo was clean and exactly as described. The building is older but overall the grounds were great. Pool was great and there were always chairs available. We enjoyed watching for turtles on the beach and playing in the water. The beach has large sand bags out but there was still plenty of room for swimming. Overall the place was great, pretty quiet, and amazing sunsets!

Perfect!

Incredibly happy with this condo. The property as a whole is not quite as fancy as some others but this amazing condo made up for it. It was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated and stocked amazingly well. No beach in front of the property, but there is one a very short walk away. We watched sunsets from the lanai and the pool. We never had trouble finding a parking spot or had to wait for an elevator- that alone made it better than bigger properties we’ve stayed at in the past! Would definitely love to stay here again- thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Fun beautiful HI visit for Maui Marathon

Great proximity to shops, great restaurants, breakfast nooks, famous cinnamon rolls at Papa Ohanas who also had Amazing pizzas. Beach front access was great for launching paddle boards. We found fun hilly run across the street!! Loved it! Anynissues were immediately resolved. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond ! Highly recommend

Memorable Anniversary Trip!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Royal Kahana. Brent was excellent host and truly made us feel welcomed with a bright note and delicious snacks on arrival! The unit was well equipped with all the amenities and with kids we didn’t have to worry about anything at all! It was clean, fresh and had a breathtaking view of the mountains as well as the ocean. Our group consisted of 21 people in 5 different condos all at Royal Kahana. It felt like home. There was construction going on but did not cause any issues or inconveniences. We really LOVED our stay!

The condo was wonderful. Clean, nice decor, stocked well, great ocean view, and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The property did not disappoint. Brent was a wonderful host. He answered all our questions and promptly helped with any needs we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Not exactly as expected

The unit was tidy, and the check-in process was smooth. Although you are close to the ocean, there is no beach access on the property. The unit has been updated, however several updates were done with cost-cutting in mind. The shower rods are not securely fixed and tend to fall. Additionally, the coffee table lacks stability, swaying easily. The curtains are thin and somewhat transparent and let in a lot of light. The outdoor patio is small and quite compact. Although clean, we would not stay at this property again.

Great property in a great location

We spent 7 nights at this property and can't say enough great things about it. It is very clean and well stocked for our families needs. The kids had their own separate room with their own beds which was great for everyone's sleep schedules. The pool and beach were better than expected where the kids spent countless hours in them. Lastly, the location is more quiet but very close to everything we wanted to see in Maui. There are even some really good restaurants within walking distance for easy meals at night. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Maui vacation

Exactly as advertised! Beautiful condo for a family of 5. It was great to be able to see a mountain view and the ocean while enjoying coffee on the lanai. Brent is a great host , readily available to answer any of our questions , we would definitely stay again, thanks for the wonderful stay.

The Royal Kahana and everything in the area has always been our favorite. We love the sleepy closeness the area has to offer, without the extreme hussle and bussle of other parts of the island.

We love this condo as it's a perfect place to unwind after the adventure filled Maui days. The views make it all worthwhile when enjoying an early breakfast or calming down at the end of the day. For you TV watchers, we try and give you plenty of options and areas to watch your favorite shows. For those of you that require the air conditioner, both sides of the condo have their own control. And for those of you that just want to get away and relax, we hope we made the condo a perfect escape for you.
