In the heart of Kahana lies a serene 2-bedroom retreat that's waiting for you. Nestled just minutes from the stunning Kaanapali Beach and the serene Napili Bay, this property offers a prime location for your Maui getaway. There is a swimmable beach with plenty of sand out front. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the outdoor pool or unwinding in the soothing hot tub.

Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The unit now has brand new AC throughout the condo which is key when in Hawaii. Many units don't have AC, just fans.

When it's time to refuel, the fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with 2 ice makers, and a huge pantry, allowing you to whip up delicious meals.

There are beautiful golf courses at Kaanapali and Kapalua. Plenty of snorkling, diving,surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching and turtle sightings just on the Lanai.

Title: Stunning Maui Condo – Perfect for Relaxation and Adventure!Review:Our stay at this Maui condo was absolutely incredible! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with panoramic ocean views that took our breath away. Watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony and the sunset with a glass of wine was pure magic.The condo itself was near spotless, nicely decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to beach chairs, body boards, and even a cooler for day trips. The bed was super comfortable, and the sound of the waves at night made for the most peaceful sleep.The location couldn’t be better—just steps from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed snorkeling with sea turtles and even spotted many whales in the distance! It’s close to great restaurants, local shops, and scenic drives along the coast. The property amenities, including the pool, grills, and lush landscaping, were top-notch and well-maintained.The only minor downside was that both bathroom blinds could use replacement, and the master bath window overlooking the ocean needed a good cleaning on the outside. These were small issues and didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience.If you’re looking for a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in Maui, this condo is the ideal choice. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Sands of Kahana condo

The photos on VRBO were very deceiving and did not accurately represent the way the condo actually looked. The walls were very dirty, looked like haven't been painted for quite a long time. There were holes in the walls from artwork etc, which was removed; sliding doors to bathrooms could not be closed completely, eliminating any privacy; one of the sliding doors fell off the track and my son had to fix it; the inside of the medicine cabinets were stained and rusty; wasps or hornets nests on both balconies; overhead piping on balcony was rusted. The owner stated that parking was not a problem, which was very inaccurate. Every time we left the condo and came back, we had a very difficult time finding a parking space. I've stayed at multiple vacation condos over the years through VRBO and I've never had an issue until now. Overall, I believe that I was deceived regarding the aesthetic of the condo and I will not be leaving a good review. I made the owner aware of the condo's appearance and she is refusing to give me two nights compensation which I feel is more than fair. She is stating that I'm just trying to extort money out of her. I can assure you that is not the case, given the fact that I paid in full from my checking account and did not use a credit card which clearly shows that I do have the liquid funds. I feel that 6000 was way too much in comparison to other places we stayed at in the past.

Turtle haven and whale alley

This was our 4th stay in this unit. It is extremely clean and has phenomenal views! There is new furniture on lanai overlooking looking ocean. This ocean front condo has the perfect view to watch whales breech. Anytime you look down to the surf you are almost always guaranteed to see multiple turtles swimming around. Renee the owner is extremely responsive if needed. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing View!

We LOVED our stay at this condo! The view is amazing! It almost feels like you're sitting on a Cruise Ship looking out over the ocean! We saw some whales and turtles too! There was PLENTY of room for the 4 of us--my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters. We would love to return to this unit in the Sands of Kahana!

Congrats to new owners. They have lots of work ahead of them to make it a first class unit. We appreciated the AC units recently installed. Gilberto, the handyman/cleaner, was a gem. Loved that there were spices, coffee filters, coffee, etc in the pantry. The owner was very responsive. Thank you

Great, comfy, quiet place

Balcony with views of whales, turtles and sunsets! All furniture very comfy. We had a few issues that we sent to owner - hopefully they will take care of them when they are there next. Pool and hot tub were amazing as was the new restaurant beside the pool. We would stay there again!

Amazing view, comfy beds, equipped kitchen

Loved visiting Renee and Brett’s place with two couples for one week. We both loved that we had ocean view from each bedroom and could hear the sound of the ocean all night long. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to do cooking and baking. Beds were comfortable and towels were flush. We are excited that they will be refreshing the decor in the future, but we spent the majority of our time at the great sands of Kahana resort outside at the beach anyways! The resort has great beach chairs, a refreshing pool, nice hot tub, tennis court, and Pickleball courts (all free and you can borrow equipment). We are definitely excited to visit in the future!

Awesome location. Condo very dated and many things needing to be repaired/replaced. Owner was responsive to concerns and took quick action to resolve AC issue. Owner has plans to make upgrades/etc. and then will be 5 stars.

Our happy place!

This was our third stay in this condo! If you’re looking for a unit with an epic view this unit is for you! The balcony is perfect for watching turtles and other sea life swim by, during whale season you can have a front seat to the show! The unit is accurately advertised as photos are pretty current. Only problem we had was air conditioning was not working properly, owner has repair on the way so hopefully just a onetime glitch! Owner is really responsive when questions come up! We are looking forward to coming back and will book this unit again!

Location and Views are High Points

Location and overall property amenities were great. Views were breathtaking. Check in was a little more complicated than just providing my ID (the property rents directly as well and VRBO rental required more work to check in). Furniture and interior are very dated. Found two dead cockroaches when we checked in and outside lanai’s hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Perfect Location

Wonderful stay with turtles out front daily. Snorkeling from the beach! On site restaurant was great. Beds were comfortable. Could use some upgrades but we weren’t buying it - we were renting so it was absolutely perfect for us.

Paradise perfection

This was our second stay at this property! Renee is easy to work with and responsive when a need comes up. Whale season was in full force, this unit provides amazing views and whale watching opportunities! Also, lots of turtle activity as there is a reef right off the beach, perfect snorkeling opportunities! We are already planning our next visit and will definitely stay again!

Paradise in West Maui

Wonderful place right on the beach with great views from the 6th floor. The master bedroom has amazing views as does the second bedroom.We we were able to see sunrise and sunsets from both rooms. If you leave the sliding glass doors open with just the screens, you can hear the waves. Great place, very clean.

Paradise!

Our extended family stayed in this unit. We were impressed with the accommodations. The unit is very spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. Maui needs tourism to flourish after the wake of the fires! Don’t hesitate to come and support West Maui - Kaanapali, Honokƍwai, Kahana, Napili, & Kapalua are fully open. It truly is paradise!

I visited here many years ago and fell in love with the area. I knew one day I would retire to this place. They neighborhood is laid back, there are many food locations, many activities including golf and snorkelling. Our condo has a new restaurant, Captain Jacks which is very convenient.

It is huge. It is ocean front on the 6th floor. The view is amazing. Brand new AC units are key here in Hawaii and many units in this building and other rental properties don't have AC.
