Wonderful apartment

Our stay in Valencia could not have been better, this apartment is great, wonderful location, very clean and with great service from the owner/property manager, he is a very nice man. Highly recommend this location!

My wife and I enjoyed four nights in this beautiful historic apartment. The apartment was spacious and we loved the charm. It was in a perfect location, close to so many of Valencia’s famous sites.

Ideal location, everything is walkable from here. Small staircase to get up to the apartment which was difficult with a stroller but otherwise great

We could not have chosen a more central location - it was perfect. Juan made us very welcome (thank you for the welcome and the wine) and the apartment had everything you could need. It was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay in València.

We had such an amazing stay in Valencia! The apartment was in a perfect location-we were able to walk everywhere. Juan went above and beyond expectations! When I got lost trying to initially find the apartment, he came and found me. It was easy communicating with him via WHATSAP. He even gave us a list of restaurants to try-which were great! We also unfortunately left some rings in the apartment and he was so responsive and helpful in shipping them back to us! I can't say enough good things about the apartment, Valencia and Juan.

First off, the property was charming and true to the historic nature of the area. It was well laid out and comfortable to sleep in, hang-out and even dine-in. The kitchen was well equipped not only from the equipment standpoint but also from the basics of cooking - like, salt & pepper; oil & vinegar; various spices. Maintaining cleanliness was easy as there were supplies provided like paper towel, trash bag, laundry soap, cleaning supplies. Most of all, Juan is an excellent host - responsive and very helpful. He answered all our questions and requests to our satisfaction. Location? Perfect - easy access to all major points of interests and yet it felt quiet during the night and vibrant during the day.

This apartment is homey and comfortable. Juan was easy to communicate with and kindly left oranges and wine for us. Everything was well stocked and thoughtfully arranged. The only downside was the bar noise from the street at night. It was easily managed with ear plugs...that were provided!

Beautiful apartment and attentive owner

Valencia is a hard city to navigate if you’re not a local. We got lost and Juan met us at our car so we could follow him to the apartment where he spent time identifying places of interest in this amazing city. He was an excellent host. The apartment itself is gorgeous and well stocked. It’s Lso an excellent location close to everything. Would highly recommend.

perfect accommodation for a short visit to the city ... can't fault it ... taxi dropped us at torres del serrans on arrival in the city centre ... short 5 minute stroll to apartment ... host was flexible with the check-in time ... did not have any issues with street noise ... would recommend highly ... host kindly booked a taxi for our early morning departure ... 10/10 ... thanks juan

The apartment was a great location for sightseeing. It was in a busy location though so there was quite a bit of noise in the night because of Fallas etc. We didn’t mind because it was a central location but if you want a quiet spot, this isn’t the right place for you. The amenities were as advertised and everything worked without a problem - shower and bathroom had good water pressure, coffee maker worked, Wi-Fi was strong , laundry machine was all good. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed it.

40th Wedding Anniversary Visit to Valencia

Unforgettable. Juan is indeed a super host. He recalled that we would be in Valencia for a special occasion. The apartment was made especially romantic with little red paper hearts on the tables and the floor. There was a bottle of semi-sparkling wine in the fridge and a bowl of fruit. The apartment location was perfect for seeing everything. Spacious throughout. Top notch clean and very authentic.

Terrific location and a charming building with historic character

The flat was so easy to walk from in the historic center of Valencia. So many sights and restaurants in close proximity. Unexpected bonus was the balcony giving us a front row seat to the parade of neighbors and bands celebrating the Falla Festival. We had an issue with the refrigerator not getting cold. Juan called a repair person immediately and had a new one brought in and made an additional gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. It was great customer service.

My two children and I rented this apartment for our two night stay in Valencia. We loved it. The apartment is right in the heart of Old Valencia and surrounded by beautiful old buildings. The apartment itself had great character and a very comfortable living room. We loved the classic old world feel to the apartment. The air conditioning was helpful as Valencia was hot! Juan was excellent at communicating with us and ensured we got checked in ok. One note - it will likely be noisy at night as there seems to be garbage pick up around 2AM right outside the main bedroom and you are right in the heart of the old town. However we knew that going in and the location was worth it. Juan was also very prompt returning our damage deposit. We would stay here again!

Great location, clean and well equipped but noisy at night

The property is in a perfect location for exploring Valencia. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. I loved the balcony which is over a very busy tourist street. There is a lot of noise at night. We live downtown in a large city and we are used to noise. It did not interrupt our sleep much but there is a constant hum of noise, talking, etc until 4am on weekends. On Sunday I thought the Church processional was happening in the bedroom. We loved the spot but be prepared for noise at night and garbage trucks, cleaning, etc in the morning. The stairs up a couple flights are also steep and narrow so be aware if you have any mobility issue or heavy luggage that may be an issue.

Very Good in Valencia!!

This beautiful apartment is in a fantastic location, embedded in the historic old city center. We had a wonderful time experiencing the sites, sounds, and tastes of Valencia. Speaking of sounds, the street noise seems to come from everywhere, bouncing around the old streets and alleyways and in thru the windows! I found this very quaint and endearing, as the city enveloped around us. Some might find this annoying. The apartment itself is a joy to experience! Very roomy for a couple, or small family, or a few friends. The beds were very comfortable as well as the bedding. Juan and his wife, Raquel were very helpful and even arranged for our transportation back to the train station! All in all, Valencia and this lovely apartment opened its arms to us and we fell right in! Thank you, Juan and Raquel!

Fabulous stay

Apartment was centrally located and comfortable. Host was very kind and accommodating. We arrived late due to transport challenges and the host met us at the apartment and stayed to provide tips on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment was beautiful spacious and our host prepped it with items for our 3 year old (blocks, stuffed animals, bath toys, baby shampoo and children’s utensils. It was very thoughtful and appreciated. Our son was very excited!
