Si vous cherchez un endroit qui a une expĂ©rience haut de gamme avec une sensation intime, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut! Avec beaucoup d'espace de dĂ©tente Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et de nombreux Ă©quipements sur place, Ocean Ritz a tout pour plaire et est prĂȘt Ă  vous offrir des vacances Ă  la plage pour les annĂ©es Ă  venir! En entrant dans cette unitĂ©, vous aurez une vue sur la cuisine, la salle Ă  manger et le salon donnant sur le balcon. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et de beaux comptoirs en granit. Le bar peut accueillir 5 personnes et est l'endroit idĂ©al pour prĂ©parer des boissons avant de se diriger vers la plage! La magnifique salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 8 personnes. Le salon dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit Queen pour une chambre supplĂ©mentaire et a du matĂ©riel Sunbrella! Lorsque vous sortez sur le grand balcon, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le golfe!

Les deux ont des lits King size avec leur propre accÚs privé au balcon de 500 pieds carrés. L'une des chambres comprend 1 lit king-size et 1 lit jumeau, et l'autre dispose d'une chambre avec lits superposés avec 3 lits doubles. Overall it was a great place to stay. The balcony had stunning views. The beach was right there and loved it came with chairs for the beach. The only thing that wasn’t said and we were a little disappointed was that the ceiling was peeling in multiple places, the front door wouldn’t shut all the way by itself so we had to make sure it was shut but overall it was a great place to stay. The location was great to walk to dinners or ice cream right across the street. It had plenty of room and the balcony was huge.

Absolutely loved this Condo! The 2 sets of Beach chairs daily was such a relief then trying to get down to the beach and reserve as well as a huge money saver. Wished there was more living room seating. But I would stay here in a heart beat again and again!

Beautiful Views

We had plenty of space in the condo. One parking spot and 3 cars was a challenge. The overflow lot was full and we had to spend 80/week on parking per car. The elevator was full during peak hours so taking the 11 flights of stairs was faster. We enjoyed the beach and peace within the condo. Balcony was huge!! Great views from our included beach chairs and at the pool.

Family vacation

Condo was great room for everyone and great view of the beach. Parking was the only not issue if you have more than one car. 3 nights there wasn’t enough room in the overflow parking that we had to pay to park. Which was a little irritating, only because we are already paying for our third care for a week in the public parking.

Lacking

The stay was generally decent however the kitchen is not equipped for larger groups. We had 10 and had to go purchase skillet and pans in order to make dinners due to the lack of items available. The ceiling is crumbling in several places, light bulbs burned out and extreme amounts of black mold in back of toilet (only discovered this when we were without water 2x due to city upgrades and the toilet kept running). Beds are on basic/cheap metal platform frames, couch/loveseat are so broken down they have no cushion left to them. Pictures in listing show a great grill area, that is not the case and the grills on the property don't even work. Understand we booked during "prime time" but felt we overpaid for sure, would ask for a refund, but know it won't happen. I will say the views from the balcony are nice, location is good but not a condo we would book again.

8 Cougars celebrating their 60’s.

A great week of sun, fun, wonderful food, and game playing in the evenings. The condo met our needs in every way. Very comfortable beds. The balcony was so wonderful. We enjoyed the jets flying by within easy eyesight. One thing needs attention - grab bars need to be installed in the showers
for safety. We tried to go to P1 area parking (to utilize the handicapped space). The bottom of the van caught on the decline and the catalytic converter and muffler tore off. We had quite an ordeal getting it fixed in time to go home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay and condo was good. The only issues I had was when I booked the condo through VRBO in November the price was changed in April and raised an extra 250 dollars. Both parties said they would look into it and get back to me and didn’t. Don’t plan to cook on grills there because they don’t work. The management kept saying it was because it was windy.

The balcony was lovely as we enjoyed the sunsets there many times. TV and dvrs were easy to operate

We had a lovely time. However after we left, we discovered that we had left behind a cosmetics bag filled with expensive cosmetics and a lot of personal items. We also left 4 expensive undergarments accidentally. We called the management office hoping to recover the items. But to no avail. I’m very disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and unit were great! We loved the balcony at sunset and the 4 bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen is a little small and we were lacking some basic items like oven mitts/hot pads for pulling things out of the oven, but we made it work. the hot tube was often overrun by small children in diapers which was not appealing to us. We would have liked to use it more, but it really just isn't big enough for the side of the building with the number of clients using it. The beach was amazing and having the chair rental included was a fantastic bonus!

Great Beach Access

The space is quite large and was great for my group of 10 people. Very nice kitchen with cooking cookware, cutlery, and dishes. The ease of access to the beach and close vicinity to grocery stores makes it a great location.

Beautiful balcony views

We stayed at the property for one week, and thoroughly enjoyed the views from the balcony, even watching dolphins swim by when the water was calm in the evenings. Expecting parking to be an issue for our SUV based on other reviews, we found it was not nearly as tight as we expected and found our space easily. Our only complaint was that the pool code we were given was incorrect, and the property was not responsive until after the weekend - two days after our arrival. Thankfully there was another guest present who was happy to share the correct code. Otherwise, we found the unit to he clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Fantastic Stay

We were pleased with our entire stay, lovely property, great beach access and pool area. Plenty of room for 8 of us, the patio has amazing views. We did bring extra trashbags/dishsoap/laundry soap/paper towels etc. No big deal and made it super easy having it on hand. Will definitely book again!

Sister Trip

Very spacious, lots of room. Steos from the beach. Shops and food in walking distance. We loike to cook alot so could have better selection of cookware.

Adult Family Get Away

Our initial booking process was seamless. Upon arrival at the property the parking was confusing and the parking deck was very very tight and difficult to maneuver. Had they provided a map of where we were supposed to park in our one parking spot that would have helped enormously. The numbers for each of the parking spots are very faded and need to be refreshed. After unloading our cars we went up to our unit and They had provided our door code in our email and it was not correct.Additionally the code for the pool was incorrect. I would add that the mgt company was immediately responsive and dealt with the mishaps expediently. If I could say anything to the management company, it would be that whoever they are hiring to clean the condos, they need to do a much better job. The washing machine seal along with the tray where you fill your detergent was laden with mold which we had to clean before we used it.

Enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was very nice. We had a few issues when we arrived, which most were taken care of the next morning. The issue we had was with the A/C, i kept reporting to the condo management that it would not stay below 76 degrees, but no one came. Finally i reported it to the owner and they were there within an hour. Simple fix!
