Cette grande maison est pratique pour tout ce que Melbourne a à offrir. Moins d'un mile de F. I.T. et quartier commerçant et gastronomique du centre-ville historique de Melbourne. A trois kilomètres de l'aéroport international de Melbourne. Facile, 4 mile en voiture de la plage. La maison est en duplex, offrant aux clients beaucoup d'espace pour les coudes. Il présente l'ancienne architecture de la Floride, mais a été mis à jour à l'intérieur. Il y a cinq chambres. Trois bains et demi. Il y a un foyer au bois et une grande cour arrière clôturée. Cette partie de la rue est délibérément non pavée pour réduire au minimum la circulation. Une belle aire de jeux du parc et Crane Creek sont à deux pâtés de maisons de la maison. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et salle de bain privée. Une chambre supplémentaire dans la pièce opposée de la maison a également sa propre salle de bain privée - parfaite si vous voyagez avec votre adolescent et que vous avez besoin d'espace. La chambre numéro trois a un lit Queen; chambre numéro quatre a des jumeaux assortis. Les magnifiques jardins botaniques de Florida Tech sont à moins de 1,6 km. * Si vous cherchez une maison confortable et tentaculaire qui est commodément au cœur de Melbourne, c'est celle-ci.

Great family weekend

The house is so cozy, it reminded me of my childhood home. Its nicely updated and the beds are comfortable. Its stocked with everything you need, even beach chairs. Only spoke to Mandy for a brief moment but she was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and much bigger than we expected. Plenty of room for two families of four. Very comfy couch and the king bed was excellent. Everyone seemed to sleep well. Some noise from traffic but not enough to keep anyone up or interfere with sleep. Easy 10 minute drive to the beach.

We really only stayed to sleep but with a full kitchen you could make meals and eat here , or enjoy some time in the large living room with comfy couch and TV. It was spacious and clean , and beds were comfortable, and shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure.

Great for big families!

The size was perfect for our party of 6 and the layout allowed us to put the kids to sleep with no worry of waking them up if the adults stayed up late or had company. The location is in a nice neighborhood close to the old downtown area of Melbourne, and it’s a short 5-10 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended! Bonus points for the mango tree out back with fresh fruit for the picking!

Perfect location for the holiday!

We rented this property over the Christmas holiday. It was a perfect location for our extended family: nice large family room and kitchen, and bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, and grocery stores were just a few minutes away. Communication with the host was superb, with timely emails (proactive and responsive), and we appreciated her attention to detail. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this home!

This was our second time staying at this spacious home.

This home was the perfect space for me and my staff while in town for business. Mandy was an amazing host who was so kind and thoughtful. There were lots of notes and goodies welcoming us which made us feel right at home. This was our second time booking this house, and I would book again in a heartbeat. Mandy paid attention to every detail, and the house was stocked with everything we needed...and then some! Thank you again for everything you did to make our stay fabulous!

Family gathering

Our family traveled from 3 different states to gather together for my mother’s Celebration of Life. The Greenway home was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed in the home, with other family joining us for meals and the service preparations, we had 16 in the home with plenty of room, seating, kitchen prep space and bathrooms. Many was awesome to work with and was in touch to ensure we had everything we might need. We will definitely stay here again, when a family gathering is happening.

Great family stay

Five adult family members enjoyed the spacious Greenway house. Nice location for walks to town or the FIT campus. Easy access to I95. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals during our 3 week stay. Beds were all comfortable and wifi was good for remote working . There are nice private patio areas but we had cool weather in January so did not use it much. The showers were all step in and had plenty of hot water. We appreciated Mandy’s great communication and warm welcome. She also recommended good restaurants Skewers and Coconut Cafe which we enjoyed. Many extras such as soaps, dishwasher pods, sponge and shampoo made it very nice.

Thank you Mandy for your hospitality allowing our team to stay in your impeccable home! This large house was perfect for us to spread out and relax after a long day at work! There were snacks and even fresh fruit for us upon our arrival along with a nice note. What a way to make us feel welcome!! You thought of everything right down to first aid supplies and lantern in the event of a power outage! These little touches really made us feel right at home! We visit Melbourne a few times a year, and would love to return if openings are available. Thank you again for everything!

From start to finish Mandy was a great host, never had to wait for a reply to any of my questions she left everything clear cut and easy. The house is central to everything! We were spending new years with family in the area and the house was no more than 15 min away from any of my relatives. Very short ride to the beach as well. Everything inside is clean and organized, the pictures do not do the house justice. It is very open and bigger than expected, backyard was also huge.The room layout was perfect for my group. As a bonus since the house is off an unpaved road it was very quiet throughout the day and night Would definitely stay here again!

Super cool mix of 1957 and 2022!

Love this house- It is in the perfect neighborhood, large quiet lot near causeway to the barrier island:) It has 5 lovely bedrooms and a large beautiful new kitchen! Open living room with fabulous TV for viewing your vacation pictures, Awesome stone fireplace den, also open. There were 6 of us, including a handicapped gramma. Owner was helpful in letting us mail the things we needed, and communicated every time we needed her! If you are a family that likes to do stuff together, and eat out, and come home to comfort, this is a sweeeet choice! No pool, but huge yard and super cool sunken patio. All the beds were comfy! The pillows high quality and a mix of soft- firm:) The bedrooms well appointed remodeled beautifully with nice colors and fabrics etc! The washer/dryer set is really great! AC works well! Furniture is completely comfortable! It is a great gathering place.. This kitchen while BEAUTIFUL, is minimally Stocked for vacationers, and not elaborate dinners. So plan accordingly, if you plan to make anything in very large amounts . I would hope to stay here again!

I was raised in Melbourne and cannot imagine living anywhere else. My husband and I live with our children just across the Melbourne Causeway, in Indialantic. I am a semi-retired teacher and Behavior Analyst, an avid runner and nature lover who walks the beach daily and collects sea glass.

You're right near the causeway and our beaches are gorgeous and most are never crowded. If you enjoy Downtown shopping, dining or nightlife, you're only a mile away. If you are in town with regard to Florida Institute of Technology - great! That's my alma mater and you're less than one mile away!
