We’re thrilled to welcome you to our home on the Space Coast in Palm Bay! Here are instructions for a smooth arrival and tips to make the most of your stay:

Trash collection:

Here’s the pickup schedule in Palm Bay:

Household trash: Tuesdays and Fridays.

Recyclables: Wednesdays (plastics, glass, paper, cans – clean and dry).

Place trash in the corresponding bins and set them out in front of the house the night before (by 7 AM). After pickup, return the bins to the left side of the house, beside the garage.

Important safety tips:

Doors and windows: Never leave doors or windows open or unlocked, even if stepping out briefly, to ensure safety.

Garage gate: Close the garage gate after vehicle entry/exit and don’t leave it open, even for short trips. Always lock when leaving.

Lock when leaving: Before exploring, confirm the front door is locked (Kwikset button) to protect your belongings.

Extra tips for a perfect stay:

Air conditioning: Adjust the thermostat for comfort, but turn it off if leaving for long periods to save energy.

Quiet neighborhood: Our area is calm, so avoid loud noises after 10 PM to respect neighbors.
Personal items: Don’t leave valuables in the yard or unprotected outdoor areas.

Check-in/check-out: Arrive at 3 PM and depart by 10 AM, unless we arrange otherwise. Leave the house tidy and place trash in the outdoor bins.
