My wife and I really loved this home. It was very relaxing and the view of the river off the back deck and balcony of the master bedroom was perfect. The host Steve was awesome and made of feel very welcomed. We will be coming back here again real soon. Love this home. Thanks Steve for such a wonderful vacation.

Very clean, beautiful townhouse loaded with everything needed for our eight day stay. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the patio while watching the dolphins swim in the river daily. The short drive to Melbourne area beaches and Space Coast Park made this a perfect place for us. There were more household items provided at this location than any other VRBO we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

This home is a beautiful property located directly on the water where you will be able to watch dolphins, manatees and several varieties of birds right from the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms as well as there were towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap provided. Steve, the host, was friendly and easily accessible. Would stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful townhouse. The only thing is that I wish that I could have stayed longer. We were only down for three nights to visit with our daughter and grandson. The host left a hand written note welcoming us which I thought was a nice touch. The neighborhood was friendly as well. The best part was the view of the water. We were able to walk down and feed a family of ducks with our 1yr old granbaby. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating. We definitely intend on coming back when we can stay longer. Thank you so much for having us!

This place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s beautifully decorated, and everything—from the beds to the couch—was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was being able to see dolphins and even rocket launches right from the balcony, which made the experience feel extra special.The location is perfect, with plenty of amazing local restaurants just a short distance away. But honestly, nothing beat starting and ending the day on the dock—sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset with dolphins swimming by in the evening.It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back!Our pup even loved the dolphin watching!

Steve our host and his place get a “Wow”from me and my wife. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have seen our share. We had mentioned we were in Melbourne to see our new grandson. We had a beautiful baby basket waiting for us at check in! The house was clean and felt newly renovated. He had all the kitchen appliances and our stay was great! Location was perfect for our visits to Indialantic. Thank you Steve!

The townhouse was perfect in every way for our stay. It is clean and bright and nicely decorated. Cute touches that I was excited for my family to see. The kitchen was well equipped and had a lot of extras. The bedrooms were comfortable and the shower in the master bedroom is huge. We loved the view of the river and saw a dolphin and manatees. The location was just a short drive to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Steve, the host, was welcoming and provided great communication. He obviously takes pride in his property.
