Condo au bord de l'eau à proximité de certaines des meilleures pêcheries du comté d'Arenas, comme Estes Flats. Accès facile à la voie navigable Intracoastal! Cette retraite côtière est idéalement située entre Rockport et Aransas Pass. Juste une petite balade le long du canal, et vous trouverez votre bateau sur la voie navigable Intracoastal, juste un court voyage pour de magnifiques activités de pêche et d'observation des oiseaux; Station d'amarrage de bateaux et de nettoyage des poissons au quai derrière le condo. Parking couvert et espaces supplémentaires pour les clients. Il y a une zone distincte désignée pour garer votre bateau (ou le laisser attaché au quai à l'arrière) et à la remorque. À quelques minutes de la marina de Cove Harbor, qui dispose d'une excellente rampe de mise à l'eau, d'un stand d'appâts et d'un restaurant. Profitez de la vue sur le canal depuis les ponts arrière de cette maison. L'intérieur de cette unité est en excellent état avec des améliorations récentes. Granit frais, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, cuisine entièrement équipée, serviettes et literie fournies. Une chambre avec un lit queen-size, une salle de bains, une cuisine, un coin salon et une buanderie sont situées au rez-de-chaussée. Deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen-size, et un bain Jack et Jill attenant aux deux chambres sont à l'étage inférieur. Un service Internet est fourni. Il y a un congélateur dans l'unité pour congeler vos prises à ramener chez vous. Certaines réparations extérieures causées par des ouragans sur le complexe sont toujours en cours. Les inconvénients du bruit dus à ce processus pendant les heures de travail se reflètent dans notre tarif. Great Family Vacation Rental

Fantastic location. Close to other area attractions but still quiet and serene. Owners were great with communication on check in process and house rules. We loved every minute there and didn't want to leave.

Perfect family spot

Our family loved staying here and Barbara was extremely helpful answering my questions. Our 3 sons loved being able to fish from the back deck and the location was perfect for visiting the beach hopping in Rockport, Port A, and Corpus.

Best 3-bedroom, 2-bath Rental

Love this place. Had the in-laws in town for Mother's Day and couldn't ask for a better "bang for your buck" rental. We'll definitely be coming back.

Great place for a family getaway!

We loved our stay! The hosts were amazing, and the place was beautiful. The condo is very comfortable, and easy to get to all our favorite places. It is between Rockport, Corpus Christi, and Port A. It's close to an HEB and Walmart in Aransas Pass. We had a great week here.

Great fishing trip

Property was perfect for our fishing trip. Location was great - between our typical launch sites in Aransas Pass and Goose Island. Condo had everything we needed with the bonus of being across the parking lot from Crab-N!! Will stay here again in the future if available.

We had an amazing time. We all love to fish so being able to walk out the back door and be right there was tremendous especially since our 11 year old was safe. He is an avid fisherman and was as thrilled as we were. Would love to go back

Quiet and good location

We enjoyed the property. Spacious, open floor plan for hanging out together. Close to PA and Rockport. Barbara was very helpful with any questions and a recommendation for our fishing excursion.

3 "old" friends on fishing trip

3 longtime friends for a nice long weekend of fishing and just hanging out. Very accomodating host, with nice kitchen and very comfortable living and bedrooms. Terrific all-around!

Winter Fishing getaway

Condo was perfect for a quick 2 day fishing trip with the wife and getaway from Winter weather in NTX. As far as places to stay on the canals go, this condo is a very nice bargain. Only complaint I have is that I couldnt figure out how to turn the water on to the fish cleaning table.

So sorry I forgot to tell you about the water at the fish cleaning station. It was disconnected during the renovations to the buildings, and has yet to be reconnected. Hopefully, we'll have it connected again soon! Glad to hear you enjoyed the condo.

Nice fishing getaway

Barbara & Jerry's place is a very nice, quietly tucked away 2 story condo at the end of a canal in City by the Sea. It was very spacious and comfortable, especially after coming in from a day of fishing in the grueling August heat. We also appreciated having a great fish cleaning station available and a place to keep our boat docked in the water. Would definitely recommend this for other fishing enthusiasts or those looking to find a quiet place.

The Place is great for someone coming down to go fishing, but not so much for going to the beach. That was my fault though for not knowing about the ferry situation. the reason for just the 3 stars is because one of the A/C units downstairs did not work thankfully they did have fans and the tv in the bedrooms leads you to think you can watch tv before going to sleep but there is no plug for it or a remote if you just to have an extension cord

I am sorry to hear that you misunderstood about the beach situation. We are not located on the main island; therefore, you must take the ferry to get to the beach at the gulf. However, we are just a few miles away from Rockport Beach on the Bay. I am also sorry to hear that the air conditioning was not working correctly. We will get that checked out. As far as the TV in the bedroom, we have not advertised it to be there as of yet. We bought a bigger TV for the living room, with the intention of putting the old one in the master bedroom. The electrician has not been able to get there yet to install an outlet in the bedroom to run the tv in there. That will be done soon. I should have remembered to tell you that the TV in the master bedroom is inoperable at this time.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 78 year old parents but they managed with caution. Overall the condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were also very comfy. We enjoyed sitting by the water attempting to catch fish. After trying to purchase fishing essentials at local bait shops without success we ended up at Walmart. The folks at Walmart were very helpful in getting us poles, bait, and license. The beaches at Port Aransas were amazing. We really enjoyed going there several times during our vacation. We highly recommend Moby Dicks restaurant. They had excellent crab legs. Next time we visit we are going to rent a golf cart to hit the beach roads with. It looked like a lot of fun. We had mostly everything we needed for our stay. We donated some puzzles, crossword puzzles, tissue, lotion, body wash, and shampoo for others to enjoy/use. The kitchen was well equipped. Did a lot of cooking at the condo which was helpful for our elderly family members. Our only recommendations would be to have more than one tv in the condo and a few more pillows and blankets available. My husband wanted to watch the continuous flow of football games, which the rest of us didn’t really care for all the time, and we like to watch tv before bed. The owners were amazing. Very quick to answer questions and responded fast when needed. Overall we would rent again and would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Great canal location

We were attending a wedding in Rockport. Home was just a short 10 minute drive into downtown Rockport but was far enough away to be in a quiet area . The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal. Great stay.
